Quality and Environmental Policy
Air Europa’s Management, aware of its commitment to its clients and the environment, establishes the general objective of implementing and maintaining a Quality and Environmental Management System, based on sustainability, continuous improvement, client satisfaction and the involvement of all employees. The aim is to obtain external recognition of Air Europa as a leading airline, not only from the perspective of the quality service it provides, but also as a result of the continuous improvement of working methods, customer service and respect for the environment.
Declaration of Intent:

Use all the necessary resources to ensure the service we offer is safe, reliable and complies strictly with all the specifications required as regards quality (Regulation OPS-1 1.035, EASA Part M. A. 712 and UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2008), and with the rest of the sector’s applicable regulations (OPS1, EASA, IATA, ICAO, etc.) and environmental aspects (UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2004 and the legal requirements that apply).

Operational safety and quality are considered priority elements in Air Europa’s corporate culture.

Develop improvement programmes for processes, services and customer care, always aiming to satisfy them and taking into account the quality/cost ratio.
Ensure that quality, continuous improvement and pollution prevention are basic elements in the company’s culture.

Establish actions and programmes directed at prevention rather than simply at the detection of problems. Prevent pollution that could be caused by all our activities and processes, identifying, checking and controlling all environmental aspects that could be generated.

Continuously improve both our environmental behaviour and the effectiveness and efficiency of our processes via the periodic planning of our objectives.

Establish permanent training programmes that allow us to have highly qualified personnel who can undertake the activities included in the Quality and Environmental System.

Maintain permanent contact with our Clients with the aim of being able to collaborate together in the continuous improvement of the services provided and evaluate their level of satisfaction with us.

Permanently optimize Air Europa’s global activities, by means of a strategy aimed at achieving and maintaining leadership of the sector.
As part of Air Europa’s Quality and Environmental System the Management will establish the planning and resources necessary to reach the objectives set out at the Quality and Environment Committee.
The Quality Manual is the document where the philosophy and guidelines of the Quality System are ga thered together. All Air Europa personnel are responsible for the mandatory compliance with the stipulations of the Quality Manual.
