Pregnant passengers

A medical certificate is only required after 32 weeks of pregnancy, or if the time of pregnancy is uncertain or if there have been any complications.
Said certificate must be issued within the 7 days before the flight.
It is not recommended to travel during the 7 days before or after birth, nor is it recommended to travel with a new born baby less than 7 days old .

Assistance with boarding

In some cases one can request assistance for passengers which are not disabled, ill, or minors, but need a certain amount of help from company personnel with the departure or arrival process, such as young passengers travelling alone (12, 13 years old) which although officially adults cannot be treated like unaccompanied minors, or senior citizens, or people unaccustomed to flying, etc.
This assistance is a courtesy provided by the company, without contractual obligation and is subject to the availability of personnel at the time of boarding or disembarking.
