Special Passengers
In some cases assistance can be requested for passengers who, while not disabled or ill, still require help from company personnel with departure or arrival proceedings, such as elderly people, people who are not used to flying, etc.

This assistance is offered at the courtesy of the company, with the latter being under no contractual obligation to do so, and to the extent possible in accordance with the availability of personnel at the time of boarding or disembarking.
