If your ticket requires the purchase of extra baggage (see baggage allowance table below) you can do so online (up to midnight on day prior to departure):

1º- Introduce the booking reference
We will provide:

a) Information on permitted baggage allowance according to the fare paid
b) Possibility to purchase extra checked in baggage

2º- Telephone our Call Centre on - 902 401 501

3º- Air Europa airport ticket offices.

You will also have the possibility to pay at the airport, in check-in desks.

If some of the baggage pieces has a superior weight or size than that allowed according the fare purchased the extra charge can be made at the check-in desk in the airport.

Please ensure early arrival at the check-in desk, at least 15 minutes before the flight closure time if you are travelling with excess baggage.
