  • The Air Europa SUMA members must present their card upon check-in at the hotel and select Air Europa SUMA as the preferred program where the miles should be added.
  • Miles are awarded per night with official and corporate rates (excluding group rates, tour operation rates, flight crew personnel, promotional rates, and bookings from on line travel agencies).
  • Miles can only be awarded to the Air Europa SUMA member using the room, as per the hotel registration form. Air Europa SUMA customers have 6 months to claim for miles not awarded and can only process the claim through the NH loyalty Customer Service Center.
