Seats
At Air Europa we continue to move forward in the renewal of our long-haul fleet, and to the gradual incorporation of 24 Boeing 787 Dreamliners, the last of which will be received in 2022, we must add the reconfiguration of BUSINESS CLASS undertaken in three of our Airbus 330-200.

The main characteristics are:
- The seats can reach the position of “flat bed”, thus our passengers can rest in a fully horizontal position.
- Instead of leather, the seats are made from fabric, contributing to a sensation of greater comfort.
- Individual entertainment system.
- The trays are stored in the central console, with an easy-to-use extraction system and an additional mechanism that enables passengers, depending on the situation, to leave their seat without having to fold the tray.
- Folding armrests, thus facilitating access to the seat when necessary.
- Height-adjustable headrests.
- Additional space to store water bottles, headphones, press and other personal objects.
- The reading light offers up to 3 different lighting positions.
- It offers a power port to charge laptops, tablets and other devices, as well as a USB port.
Reclining seats
- These seats do not offer the significant recline of the lie-flat and flat bed seats, but still offer excellent space and comfort.
Lie-flat seats
- These seats can recline to a maximum of 180 degrees, and while angled, they do not lay completely horizontal like the "flat bed".
Flat Bed seats:
- With this option, when fully reclined, these seats are completely horizontal, creating a bed that is fully flat.
Air Europa is committed to consolidating business class by increasing the number of existing seats, and it is working towards this so that the new Boeing 787‐9, which will be added to the fleet as of 2018, include 8 additional seats, taking the number of business class seats to 30.

In-flight entertainment
We offer Club Business travellers a wide selection of newspapers and magazines, and an advanced video system with extensive audiovisual content.
Depending on the itinerary, our Airbus 330 aircraft offer different in-flight audiovisual systems, such as cabin entertainment screens for watching films or streaming video and audio that you can watch or listen to on your own tablet or smartphone device.
All of our Boeing 787 aircraft have individual entertainment systems with screens on the backrest of the seat in front of you.

SkyPriority is a group of priority airport services for Elite Plus, First and Business class passengers. The project has been developed to ensure common service standards for priority airport services across the alliance.
What is SkyPriority?
SkyPriority offers a range of specialized airport services to selected customers, including priority check-in, baggage drop-off and boarding – making travelling with our extensive alliance easier, quicker and more convenient.

SkyTeam is dedicated to offering its passengers the best products and services possible.
Member companies are working ever more closely together to improve the travel experience of our passengers.
SkyPriority is just one part of our ongoing efforts to improve our passenger experience. We are making the airport experience more consistent, making travel faster and more convenient for our customers.
What priority services are offered?
- Priority check-in.

Who is entitled to SkyPriority?
SkyTeam Elite Plus members and passengers holding First and Business class tickets are entitled to take advantage of SkyPriority.
How will passengers know they are entitled to enjoy SkyPriority? Will they receive a special card by mail?
SkyTeam companies will inform their customers directly that they are entitled to SkyPriority. A SkyPriority sign will be printed at the top of the passenger's boarding card.
Is SkyPriority available everywhere?
Yes, SkyPriority is available wherever SkyTeam member airlines fly. However, not every benefit is available at every airport (eg. SkyPriority Security/Immigration), with gradual implementation taking place during 2012/2013.
Does SkyPriority apply to all SkyTeam carriers, including regional and affiliate companies?
SkyPriority applies to all flights operated by SkyTeam carriers. It includes regional companies and SkyTeam affiliates flying under a SkyTeam company code, such as KLM Cityhopper or Delta Connection.
Are SkyPriority services available to customers of other airlines (code-share partners)?
SkyPriority is offered to SkyTeam customers on flights operated by SkyTeam. In the case of a code share with a partner that is not a SkyTeam member, SkyPriority will be offered by the SkyTeam member. For example: KL/MH. Flight operated by KL = yes. Flight operated by MH = no.
Are companions entitled to SkyPriority?
No. However, airport staff may decide to offer these benefits at their discretion.
Can customers buy SkyPriority?
No, SkyPriority services are not for sale. SkyPriority is a special service only available to customers with First and Business Class tickets and SkyTeam Elite members, in addition to cabin services.
Is SkyPriority available at all airports?
Over time, it will be. SkyPriority will gradually be implemented in more than 800 airports starting in March 2012, reaching 1,000 airports in 2013. The benefits available will depend on the airports.
Where can I experience the benefits of SkyPriority first?
SkyPriority will be implemented first in major airports and hubs. Some of the first SkyPriority airports include: Amsterdam, Atlanta, Guangzhou, Nairobi, Paris, Rome, Shanghai and Taipei.
Which airlines will be first?
Examples: Delta, Air France, KLM, Kenya Airways, China Airlines, Czech Airlines, China Eastern, Korean Air and Vietnam Airline.
When will SkyPriority be fully implemented?
In early 2013.
How will the project be implemented?
It will be implemented in stages. Members will develop the project over several months, including airport signage, and internal communication with employees and external communication with customers.
Do customers need to do anything different when they arrive at the airport (eg. check in at a different desk)?
No. However customers will see signs for the priority service areas, speeding up the process at various points in airports worldwide. Signage concepts will be implemented uniformly by all of the airlines.
What will change at airports?
Customers will begin to recognize the clear signs at SkyTeam airports worldwide. Similarly, it will be easier for employees to recognize the most important customers and offer them priority services.
Do SkyPriority customers receive their baggage first on arrival at their destination?
Our intention is for SkyPriority services to be available worldwide. However, this is not technically possible at all airports used by SkyTeam at present. As implementation continues in 2013, our customers will be able to enjoy these benefits at more and more destinations.
Why are SkyTeam members investing in SkyPriority?
SkyPriority recognizes its best customers quickly and easily wherever SkyTeam flights take them. While many of these advantages already exist, we focused our efforts in 2012 on improving each service to create a better and simpler travel experience.
How many customers will benefit from SkyPriority worldwide?
Approximately 5% of SkyTeam customers; in other words, around 24 million customers worldwide.
How much are SkyTeam and its partners investing in SkyPriority?
The central SkyTeam budget is around €1.5 million
The combined budget of all the members is around €7 million.

What results are expected?
Customers will experience a simple, standardized priority product, making it easier and quicker to get through the airport because of the Alliance.
Why is SkyPriority limited to services in airports?
This is just the beginning; all of the advantages of SkyPriority will expand in future phases.
Special questions for Elite clients
It seems that SkyTeam SkyPriority is paying less attention to its Elite customers. Will they enjoy fewer services?
As set out on SkyTeam.com and the websites of each of the participating companies, Elite advantages are unchanged and Elite customers will enjoy the same services as always. It should be remembered that:
All Elite advantages will continue as before, they have not been reduced.
Other Elite advantages offered by SkyTeam member airlines will also continue.
SkyPriority services have been created to reinforce our commitment to our most important customers: Elite Plus, First and Business class.
SkyPriority is a series of improved services that can be enjoyed by Elite customers at specific times during their journey. Although their current Elite status does not allow automatic access to the new SkyPriority services, these services will be available if they upgrade or purchase a First or Business Class ticket. SkyPriority benefits will enhance Elite benefits.
Elite Plus customers can enjoy SkyPriority services regardless of the class in which they fly.
Elite customers may feel less important, as the SkyPriority sign will no longer appear on their boarding card. This may lead them to ask what the point of Elite SkyTeam status is.
All member companies value their Elite customers and will continue providing them with priority benefits. SkyTeam Elite members have worldwide access to:
- Extra baggage allowance
- Priority check-in
- Seat preferences
- Priority boarding
- Priority on stand-by booking lists
- Priority standby at the airport
- Qualification for Elite Miles.
- These services remain unchanged. And all Elite customers travelling in Business or First Class are entitled to SkyPriority.
Is priority boarding for Elite members disappearing?
- All customers who are entitled to priority boarding, including SkyTeam Elite and Elite Plus, can board through the SkyPriority gate.
- SkyPriority passengers will be called to board first, followed immediately by Elite members, through the SkyPriority gate.
- Elite members do not have to use the general boarding gate, and will continue to board before Economy Class and other passengers.
Sky Priority services are not available at all airports.

Baggage

Assistance in locating checked baggage that is delayed or lost by the public transport company
- Loss or damage to checked baggage on public transport or theft outside transport system. Maximum compensation €350
- Purchase of essential items if delivery of checked baggage takes more than 24 hours, only on outbound journey: €100
The following will be required for any luggage claim:
a) In case of delay, loss or damage by a public transport provider, presentation of the claim submitted to the carrier.
b) In the case of theft, the report filed with the competent authorities in the place of the offence.
Delays
- Reimbursement of expenses incurred in the event of departure being delayed by more than 6 hours. Maximum €60
- Reimbursement of expenses incurred in the event of a delay of more than 6 hours due to overbooking. Limit €60
- Proof of the delay issued by the transport company that caused it is required for all of these claims. This compensation is not cumulative or complementary: when the first cause for compensation arises, the others are eliminated if they have the same cause.24-hour travel assistance
