2. Choose your Wi-Fi package
Choose the Wi-Fi package that best suits you and then add it to your booking.
Don't forget your travelling companions!
3. Make the payment
Pay for your on-board Wi-Fi service and the day before your flight you will receive your voucher to connect on board.
4. Enable Flight Mode on your device
Make sure that Flight Mode is enabled and join the "Air Europa On the Air" network
5. Open your web browser
Open your web browser and go to www.aireuropa-ontheair.com. Create an account or continue as a guest
6. Redeem your Wi-Fi voucher
Select the option "enter voucher or promotion" and enter your coupon code and connect

The on-board Wi-Fi service is available on most of our long haul fleets. Flights from and/or to: Madrid to New York, Miami, Panama, Santo Domingo, Córdoba, Bogotá, Medellín, Quito, Guayaquil, Lima, Sao Paolo, Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Asunción, Buenos Aires, Montevideo and Tel Aviv.
For flights with other origins and/or destinations, please ask our cabin crew if this service is available on your flight.
