Travel securely and safely.
At Air Europa we work to keep you informed about the new measures and recommenda-tions that are required to travel safely. You can review the new regulations, download the entry forms to the various countries or regions, and expand all the information you need through the links of interest.
Before going to the airport
Please ensure you have no Covid-19 symptoms before you go to the airport to begin your trip. Passengers who have symptoms may be denied access at the airport or boarding.
It is important that you only go to the airport with the people you are going to travel, without other companions, due to possible restrictions of access to the terminal by the au-thorities.
We recommend that you arrive at the airport well in advance because due to the different security measures we are taking, the time until boarding may be longer than usual.
Check the entry requirements for your destination country as they may vary depending on where you are coming from.
Transporting disinfectant gel
Each passenger may carry up to 2 kg or 2 litres of alcohol-based disinfectant gel inter-changeably in their checked baggage or carry-on baggage
The net quantity of each individual item comprising these 2 kg or 2 liters, cannot exceed 0.5 kg or 0.5 liters.
Disinfectant gel with an alcohol volume greater than 70% is not allowed.
The limit for other liquids and gels other than alcohol-based disinfectant gel is kept at 100 milliliters.
VIP Lounges
The lounges are being adapted to comply with the security measures and the protocol advised by the authorities. To check availability and more details here.
Mandatory use of masks
Since 4 May, and after its publication in the BOE, the use of masks that cover the nose and mouth is obligatory for passengers aged 6 and over. Only surgical or upper protection masks without an exhalation valve are permitted. We recommend checking the manufacturer's suggestions for making the corresponding changes. They must be worn from the moment of access to the airport terminal with the necessary spare parts to be protected throughout the flight until leaving the terminal building at the destination airport.
