At Air Europa we work to keep you informed about the new measures and recommenda-tions that are required to travel safely. You can review the new regulations, download the entry forms to the various countries or regions, and expand all the information you need through the links of interest.

Regulations and recommendations for the passenger

  Before going to the airport

  1. Please ensure you have no Covid-19 symptoms before you go to the airport to begin your trip. Passengers who have symptoms may be denied access at the airport or boarding.

  2. It is important that you only go to the airport with the people you are going to travel, without other companions, due to possible restrictions of access to the terminal by the au-thorities.

  3. We recommend that you arrive at the airport well in advance because due to the different security measures we are taking, the time until boarding may be longer than usual.

  4. Check the entry requirements for your destination country as they may vary depending on where you are coming from.

  Mandatory use of masks 

From 4 May, and after publication in the BOE, it is mandatory to wear masks by passengers 6 years and older, who must wear it from the moment of boarding and throughout the flight. The following shall be exempt from the use of a mask:

  • People who have some type of breathing difficulty that may be aggravated by their use.
  • People in which their use is contraindicated for duly justified health reasons, or who due to their situation of disability or dependence have alterations of behavior that make their use unworkable.
  • Development of activities in which their use is incompatible.

Air Europa will give a KN95 mask free of charge to all its passengers at the time they access the aircraft.

  Transporting disinfectant gel

  1. Each passenger may carry up to 2 kg or 2 litres of alcohol-based disinfectant gel inter-changeably in their checked baggage or carry-on baggage

  2. The net quantity of each individual item comprising these 2 kg or 2 liters, cannot exceed 0.5 kg or 0.5 liters.

  3. Disinfectant gel with an alcohol volume greater than 70% is not allowed.

  4. The limit for other liquids and gels other than alcohol-based disinfectant gel is kept at 100 milliliters.

Spain

PCR tests or Covid-19 test

To travel to Spain it is not necessary to present a PCR test or negative test.

Health declaration form

If you travel to Spain, you must fill out the Ministry of health declaration form individually or through the SpTH app. Once formalized, you will get a QR that you must present upon arrival in Spain:

If you prefer until 31/07/20 you can download, print and fill in this form: Español, English, Deutsch, Français. After the date, it will be mandatory to complete it online.

Transport of Disinfectant gel

Nationals and residents, in case they do not have the COVID-19 test done, must take the test at the arrival of the flight.
