Whenever you want, through the "How to Use Miles" section on the Air Europa website or by calling us on 911 360 200. You can use your Suma Miles for flights, paying 100% of the flight with Miles as long as Miles redemption fares are available.
You can also pay using a combination of money and Miles on any Air Europa flight you buy* by selecting the "Pay with Miles" option in the search engine. With this last option, there are no limitations, and you can use Miles as long as there is a seat for sale. You can also use Miles for products/services from Our Partners.
Miles are NOT refundable.
*Resident and/or large family discounts are not compatible with payment in Suma Miles.
On routes subject to resident discounts, you can use your Suma Miles as long as you do not combine them with said discount, by selecting the "Use my Miles" button.

You can use your Suma Miles to purchase flights in full (100%), subject to availability. You can also redeem your Miles on any flight purchased, discounting part of the cash purchase with Miles.
In this option there are no limitations and Miles can be redeemed as long as there is a seat available for sale. You can also redeem Miles for products/services offered by our Partners, as described on our website.
If you don't have enough Miles, you can combine Miles and cash to pay, provided the flight is operated by Air Europa and you are redeeming at least 1,500 Miles and the rest is in cash.
Miles are not refundable.
You must log in with your username and password to be able to check all your Suma Miles earning and redemption movements in the My Miles section.
Suma Miles only expire when the customer's account has remained inactive for a period of 24 consecutive months. This means when the Air Europa Suma customer has not registered any movement, either by not having accumulated Miles by purchasing a flight or product from our partners, or by not having used the Miles.
The date to be taken into account for calculating the start of the 24-month expiry period is reflected in your account, by accessing the My Miles section.
The Air Europa Suma customer can use the Miles for tickets in their own name or in the name of another person. Therefore, it is not essential that the Air Europa Suma Cardholder is the one who enjoys the flights or other services where Miles have to be used.
Use your Suma Miles to pay for your tickets completely with Miles or in a combined way, using Miles and money. The combined payment method can only be used for flights operated by Air Europa. In the case of flights operated by any of the SkyTeam alliance airlines, the payment must be entirely with Miles.
Please note that airport taxes are exempt from payment with Miles and from the application of the discount.
