Any SUMA customers wishing to terminate their membership of the Programme may do so in the SUMA section of the Air Europa website. Termination will be effective within a maximum of 72 hours following receipt by Air Europa of said notification. The SUMA customers’ account and Miles will then be cancelled.
-
In the event that a SUMA customer does not carry out any Programme operations to earn and/or redeem Miles within a period of eighteen (18) months following the last recorded operation, including the possible granting or transfer thereof by the SUMA customer, the full balance of the accumulated Miles shall expire, thereby eliminating all redemption options. Air Europa reserves the right to modify the aforementioned period, duly providing notice thereof in the SUMA section of the Air Europa website.
-

In the event of any modifications to the cardholders’ details, they are required to inform CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO by calling 902 545 545 or via the website at www.porquetuvuelves.com. Failure to communicate any possible changes releases CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO from all liability regarding the sending of information using the details provided on the application form.

Cardholders can obtain details of the number of discount-points they have earned on the receipts for products or services acquired in the CEPSA NETWORK. All receipts should be kept in the event of any discrepancy arising regarding the number of discount-points accumulated. Cardholders may also request the CEPSA NETWORK to provide them with details of their discount-points balance, or alternatively they may consult the website at www.porquetuvuelves.com. Should cardholders wish to query their balance, they may inform CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO providing the receipts for the items consumed. CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO may then correct any errors that may have occurred. Monetary discounts earned may be expressed in discount-points for the sole purpose of communication impact and to simplify the procedure for loyalty system participants, although under no circumstances shall this alter the nature of the monetary discount determined by the system.
- 4.3. Redeeming discount-points. Cardholders may request the redemption or delivery of catalogue products once their details have been duly handed over to CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO and their application has been approved; in the meantime, they may only earn discount-points. Discount-points shall be redeemed for catalogue products in the CEPSA NETWORK. ‘Catalogues’ refers to the following: Exclusive Catalogue: a set of products from the Exclusive Catalogue for CEPSA cardholders that many only be acquired by redeeming discount-points accumulated on the CEPSA card.
All other catalogues: referenced products and services that may be redeemed either entirely or partially against the accumulated discount-points balance. - ‘Redemption’ refers to the use of discount-points in order to acquire products from the Exclusive Catalogue and/or any additional offers in effect. Redemption of discount-points for products from the Exclusive Catalogue does not entitle members to further discount-points. Redemption may be carried out as described in section 4.4 below.
- Use of discount-points to acquire fuel and/or products from all other catalogues: in these cases, the accumulated discount may be used for the total or partial payment of products and services. In the latter case, the difference in price must be paid in cash or any other accepted manner. Only the part paid in cash or other equivalent manner shall earn discount-points.
- Every 1,000 points is the equivalent of €1, unless any modification to the system is made and announced in the Exclusive Catalogue, equivalent offers or on the website at www.porquetuvuelves.com
- 4.4. Redemption for products from the Exclusive Catalogue. Products from the Exclusive Catalogue may only be redeemed at CEPSA NETWORK service stations. The Exclusive Catalogue comprises two types of products: immediate delivery products and those that are delivered at a later date. Immediate delivery products refer to those that are handed over to the cardholder at the CEPSA NETWORK service station at the time of redemption, after the cardholders have shown their National Identity Card or other equivalent official document.
- Products delivered at a later date refer to those whereby on completion of the redemption process, customers have to collect the products from the CEPSA NETWORK service station where they were requested, within a period of between 10 and 30 days following the request date. In the case of products listed in the Exclusive Catalogue, CEPSA NETWORK service station shall provide cardholders with a receipt detailing the redemption of the discount-points balance on their Card, enabling them to collect the corresponding item when it is delivered to the service station
- At this time, and once the cardholders have provided proof of identity in the form of their National Identity Card or equivalent official document, the product may be collected in exchange for the aforementioned receipt. This receipt must be signed by the cardholder under the ‘received’ section, as proof of receipt. The service station will then hand over the corresponding valid receipt. Should the redeemed product have any production faults, understood to be any defects not caused by the misuse of the cardholders, they shall be entitled to receive a replacement at the service station where the product was delivered within a maximum of 15 days and on presentation of the redemption receipt. The guarantee period for items shall be that determined by the manufacturer, and therefore all claims made 15 days after the delivery of the item must be sent to the corresponding manufacturers’ technical assistance service.
- Under no circumstances may products from the Exclusive Catalogue be changed, altered or replaced with cash equivalents at the request of CEPSA cardholders. CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO reserves the right to replace products from the Exclusive Catalogue with others of similar characteristics.
- 4.5. Redemption of discount-points by various cardholders. Products from the catalogues may be redeemed using discount-points accumulated by up to three cardholders.
To this end, cardholders wishing to use this option must show the three valid cards and provide proof of identity by means of their National Identity Card or other equivalent document, as well as showing the National Identify Cards or other equivalent official documents of the other cardholders. They must also sign the corresponding delivery note. Delivery of the corresponding item to one of the cardholders shall release CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO from the obligation to deliver to any other cardholder that has provided their accumulated discount-points for redemption against this product, considering that for all intents and purposes all rights have been duly assigned to the person carrying out the redemption, unless theft or loss has been previously reported.
FIVE. - PROMOTIONS
In the case of cardholders in possession of more than one CEPSA card, the promotions shall be applied to one card only, at the discretion of CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO.
Cardholders may not only benefit from this promotion, but also others that are offered, details of which shall be provided on the sales receipt, the website at www.porquetuvuelves.com, via SMS messages or any other means that CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO deems appropriate.
SIX. - BALANCE REDUCTIONS
CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO reserves the right to reduce cardholders’ balances for administration reasons; any such reductions shall be made on the accumulated discount-points balance.
- In this sense, the following distinctions are made:
- Failure to redeem discount-points: points earned over the period of a year and that have not been redeemed as of 31st December in the third year following this period shall be reduced by 50% for card administration reasons. If the remaining points are not redeemed within the following month, a further reduction of the remaining 50% will be applied, or the remaining points should the percentage be less.
- Card inactivity: the points accumulated on a card that remains inactive for a 6 month period, starting from the month of the last operations, shall be reduced by 50% for card administration reasons. Should said inactivity continue within the following month, a reduction of the remaining 50% will be applied. Inactivity refers to the absence of operations to earn or redeem discount-points.
