When you register with Air Europa SUMA, we recommend entering all your details, as well as those of your usual travel companions. By doing so, whenever you make a booking, this information will be completed automatically. Therefore, you will save time when purchasing flights, and you will never forget to enter your Air Europa SUMA card number.
From 2 years old and above. However, for non-emancipated minors, their parents or legal guardians must fill out the registration form on their behalf.

The Air Europa SUMA program card comes in two formats: virtual and physical.
The virtual card is available on the Air Europa app from the moment you register for the Air Europa SUMA program. To access the app as an Air Europa SUMA customer, you must use the same username and password that gives you access to the Air Europa SUMA area.
For added convenience, add your Air Europa SUMA virtual card in the Wallet app (owned by Apple Inc.©) for iOS on your smartphone or with the compatible PKPASS apps for Android.
If you prefer to have your Air Europa SUMA card in physical format, you must request it through www.aireuropa.com with your username and by accessing 'My Account' - 'My Card' - 'Physical Card Request' or by calling us on 911 360 200, if you are calling from Spain. You can also print the card from the 'Print Air Europa SUMA Card' section at www.aireuropa.com, using your username and accessing 'My Account' - 'My Card'.
When you register for the Air Europa SUMA program, you will be assigned an Air Europa SUMA customer number, which you will use to start earning and using your Miles. You will automatically receive a virtual card that you can download from the Air Europa app.
You do not need to have the physical card to benefit from the advantages of the Air Europa SUMA program. But if you wish, you can request the card from our website or by calling 911 360 200, if you are calling from Spain. If calling from another country, check here.
We will send the card to you within a maximum of 2 weeks in Spain and within 3 weeks for deliveries outside Spain.
You can only have one Air Europa SUMA card per customer. Miles are accrued in a single personal Air Europa SUMA account, which is that of the passenger who flies, regardless of the reason for the trip or service used or who pays for the flight.

Remember that you can always download your card in virtual format on your smartphone through the Air Europa app.
If the app does not work and you are unable to download the virtual card, please contact us to help you solve the problem.
The physical card will be sent to you free of charge, provided that more than 60 days have elapsed since your last card application. Otherwise, if the application is made within a period of less than 60 days, it will not be processed and the application will have to be made again once the indicated period has been exceeded. This 60-day period does not apply in the case of an application for a physical card due to accession to a new level.
SUMA Miles: those obtained by purchasing flights operated by Air Europa or by any of the SkyTeam alliance member airlines or other airline partners as they join the SkyTeam alliance. SUMA Miles are also those that can be earned from the purchase of products or services from our partners.
All SUMA Miles credited to your account can be used for airline tickets or other Air Europa SUMA products and services.
Level Miles: are those that allow you to upgrade your card to Silver, Gold or Platinum status. They accrue over a period of 12 consecutive months. If during this time you exceed the level of Miles required to upgrade your Air Europa SUMA membership, you will automatically be promoted to the new level.
This category of Miles can only be earned with the purchase of flights operated by Air Europa or any of the SkyTeam Alliance member airlines. Level Miles cannot be earned on airlines that are not members of the SkyTeam alliance or non-airline partners.
