Air Europa counters and offices: T1-T2

Our Air Europa counters and offices are located in T1 and T2. In both T1 and T2 you will find check-in desks, boarding pass kiosks and sales and information offices.

Connection between airport terminals (AENA)

  • You can access T4 with free AENA shuttle buses, which operate 24 hours a day, departing from terminals T1 and T2 directly to Terminal T4.
  • From 06:30h. to 23:30h. the frequency will be 8 minutes. From 23:30h. to 06:30h. the frequency will be 24 minutes.
  • The estimated journey time is about 10 min.
  • Stops are at T1 Departures, T2 Departures and T4 Arrivals (Level 0).

TRANSIT BETWEEN T1 - T4S AND T4S - T1 (SERVICE ON REQUEST)

Passengers must go to the Connection Centre to request this service. Airport staff (Green Jacket) will check whether you are going to T1 or T4S, they will then notify the Police and Bus Transit.

STOPS:

T1 ground floor, Lounge 1.
T4S, Level 0.
The operating hours are 24 hours and are on demand.
The maximum waiting time is 30 minutes and the maximum journey time between the two terminals is 15 minutes.


TRANSIT FROM T4 TO T1-2

You must go to floor 2 of T4, in the direction of departures, and there you can take the free 24-hour shuttle bus.

TRANSIT FROM T1, 2 AND 3 TO T4

From Terminal T1, go to Floor 1, Departures.

From Terminal 2, go to Floor 2, Departures.

If your outbound flight departs from T1-T2 and your return flight leaves you at T4, and you need to return to T1-T2, you must go to Floor 2 of T4, Departures, and there you can take the free 24-hour shuttle bus.

 

Terminals T4 and T4S

Terminal T4 is made up of two buildings, T4 and T4S, which are opposite each other, linked by an underground train.

The T4 Terminal Building is linked to the T4S Satellite Building by an underground train (Automatic People Mover-APM), which transports passengers rapidly from one area to the other 24 hours a day.

The station for accessing the underground train is located in the second basement (Level -2).

This train or shuttle covers a distance of 2,100 metres, connecting the two stations in 4-5 minutes, with a frequency of 2 minutes at peak times and a stop time at the station of 30 seconds.

T1 ground floor. Arrivals. In front of baggage reclaim hall 2.
T1 first floor. Departures.
T2 ground floor. Arrivals. Opposite baggage reclaim hall 5.
T2 first floor. Departures.
T3 ground floor. Arrivals. In front of baggage reclaim hall 7.
To access T4, you must get off at the Terminal T2 stop (Departures) and there connect with the shuttle bus that goes to Terminal T4.

The bus runs from 7:00 a.m. to 00:00 a.m. non-stop. If the waiting time exceeds ten minutes, the intercoms can be used.

To make use of the service between 0:00h. and 7:00h. you must request it through the intercoms located at the arrivals stops.
