How to obtain a gift card

To redeem SUMA Miles, call 911 360 200 and state the amount of the gift cheque you want to purchase.

  • The gift card will be sent via email. 
  • Important: the email will be sent to the account registered by the customer in Air Europa SUMA.

  • Air Europa SUMA and Amazon.es are not responsible for the loss, theft, destruction, or unauthorised use of gift cards.

How to use gift cards

  • Access www.amazon.es/gp/gc/
  • Click on Apply to my account and enter the gift cheque redeem code.
  • The amount of the gift cheque will be automatically applied to orders included in the programme when processing the order.
  • You will have to pay any difference in your order with another payment method.
  • SUMA Miles can only be redeemed in Spain.
  • Air Europa SUMA and Amazon.es are not responsible for the loss, theft, destruction or unauthorised use of gift cards.
