CONSULT OFFICIAL INFORMATION AND/OR ENTRY RESTRICTIONS TO BE ALWAYS INFORMED 

 

Travel Restrictions

Passengers who are in compliance with the requirements set forth in this entry will be allowed entry.

Passengers who are NOT US nationals or legal permanent residents of the US ("Covered Persons") who are NOT fully vaccinated will not be allowed to enter the US. This does not apply to:

  • Persons exempt from the requirement to present Proof of Being Fully Vaccinated Against CoVID-19 as per form Attachment A: Disclosure of Information and Declaration of Passengers to the United States of America - Section 2 - Section B (see Documentation Requirements).
  • Diplomatic and official travel of a Foreign Government as per form Attachment A: Passenger Disclosure and Declaration to the United States of America - Section 2 - Item C (see Documentation Requirements).
  • Children 2 through 17 years of age, and participants in certain CoVID-19 vaccine studies as determined by CDC as per form Attachment A: U.S. Passenger Information Disclosure and Declaration - Section 2 - Section D (see Documentation Requirements).
  • Medical contraindications to an accepted CoVID-19 vaccine as determined by CDC, as per form Attachment A: United States Passenger Information Disclosure and Declaration - Section 2 - Item E (see Documentation Requirements).
  • Humanitarian or emergency exceptions, as determined by CDC; holders of a valid nonimmigrant visa (excluding B-1 or B-2 visas) and nationals of another country with limited availability of CoVID-19 vaccines, as determined by CDC; or maritime crew members traveling pursuant to a C-1 and D immigrant visa, as per form Attachment A: Disclosure of Information and Passenger Declaration to the United States of America - Section 2 - Section F (see Documentation Requirements).
  • Persons whose entry is in the national interest of the U.S. as per form Attachment A: Disclosure of Information and Declaration of Passengers to the United States of America - Section 2 - Item G (see Documentation Requirements).

 

Health Requirements

Passengers who are neither U.S. citizens nor Emigrants ("Covered Persons"): Boarding of any passenger, 2 years of age or older, on any UX aircraft bound for the United States from a foreign country is prohibited unless the passenger presents one of the following proofs:

Proof of being Fully Vaccinated Against CoVID-19 2.
Accepted CoVID-19 Vaccines: A vaccine licensed for emergency use or approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/different-vaccines.html; or a vaccine listed by the World Health Organization (WHO) for emergency use https://covid19.trackvaccines.org/agency/who/; or a vaccine or combination of vaccines listed by the CDC in the CDC Technical Instructions.

Evidence of Being Fully Vaccinated Against CoVID-19:

  • 2 weeks (14 days) or more since a person received a dose of a single-dose CoVID-19 vaccine; or
  • 2 weeks (14 days) or more since a person received the second dose of a 2-dose series of an accepted CoVID-19 vaccine; or
  • 2 weeks (14 days) or more since a person received the full series of an "active" (not placebo) CoVID-19 vaccine in a medical trial; or
  • 2 weeks (14 days) since a person received 2 doses of any "mix and match" combination of CoVID-19 vaccines administered at least 17 days apart; or
  • 2 weeks (14 days) or more since a person received a complete series of a vaccine or combination of vaccines listed by CDC in the Technical Instructions.

Note: A booster dose is not needed to meet this requirement.

2. Proof of exemption from the requirement to be Fully Vaccinated against CoVID-19 (see Travel Restrictions and Documentation Requirements).
 

Quarantine Requirements

In accordance with Annex A: Disclosure of Information and Passenger Declaration to the United States of America (see Documentation Requirements).

 

Documentation Requirements

All foreign passengers over 2 years of age, exempt nationals and US resident, must fill out the following form and present it before boarding.

Luggage

We recommend that you check-in your carry-on luggage, so that there is minimal contact with external objects inside the plane. This service is free since it belongs to Air Europa security measures as prevention of Covid 19.

 

Transport of Disinfectant gel 

The limit for the transport of alcohol-based disinfectant gels for flights departing from the USA remains at 100 millilitres.
