You can exchange your Voucher through our Website by clicking the Pay with AE Voucher on the Home page, or by calling our Customer service department. You will need to have your Voucher number and the email address where you received it in order to use it. For reservations with fares eligible for resident discount (origin/destination Balearic or Canary Islands), you must make it through our offices or by calling the Call Centre (not valid via web)
