  • Holders of the LINK loyalty programme credit cards can transfer their LINK points accumulated from purchases with the card into SUMA Miles, where one SUMA Mile is given for each LINK Point transferred.  
  • SUMA Gold level is given to customers with Infinite, Black and Platinum Credit Cards.
  • SUMA Silver level is given for Gold and Classic Credit Card customers who earn 25,500 Miles through a transfer from LINK points. Miles earned by Bonus are not included in this number.


 

Credit Card customers can redeem, with no restrictions, their LINK Points for SUMA Miles, and enjoy journeys and other products of the Air Europa SUMA programme. These redemptions can be accessed at www.globalbank.com.pa or by contacting Customer Services.


One Mile will be recorded in your SUMA account for each LINK Point transferred:  1 LINK POINT = 1 SUMA MILE.


After transferring their LINK Points into SUMA Miles, Global Bank customers will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours.
