Travel Restrictions

Passengers are not allowed to enter except for the following: nationals of the Russian Federation and their families; permanent residents of the Russian Federation; diplomats and their families; employees of international organizations; cross-border drivers of goods; drivers of international road transport cars, air crews, sea and river vessels, railway brigades and locomotives of the international railway service; passengers traveling on a visa due to the death of a family member; participants, press and guests of honor of the FIA Formula 1 race in Sochi.

 

 

PCR tests or Covid-19 test

Nationals of the Russian Federation must undergo laboratory PCR testing within 3 days of arrival in Russia and publish the result of the test via this link.

Foreign passengers bound for or transiting through the Russian Federation must have a negative CoVID-19 PCR test performed no more than 72 hours prior to arrival. The medical certificate must be issued in Russian or English.

All arriving passengers will be checked for temperature.
 

 

Quarantine Requirements

Confinement is not required for incoming pax if they submit a negative PCR test certificate.

Passengers arriving for permanent employment including Highly Qualified Specialist visa holders must be confined for 14 days upon arrival in Russia.
