Thanks to the agreement between Air Europa and Cepsa, you can turn your SUMA Miles into 'Porque tu Vuelves' points and enjoy great advantages.

Purpose of the promotion

Under the following conditions, the company CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO, S.A.U. (Hereinafter, "CEPSA") and AIR EUROPA SUMA MILES S.L.U. (hereinafter, "ASM") establish the standards governing the promotion "CEPSA - AIR EUROPA SUMA" (hereinafter, "the Promotion").

During the validity of the Promotion, customers of the AIR EUROPA SUMA MILES Programme called "AIR EUROPA SUMA" (hereinafter, the "AIR EUROPA SUMA" Programme) may accumulate special discounts for refuelling and making purchases at CEPSA Service Stations and DEPASO, MINISTOP and Minimarket establishments and stores installed inside or outside the former in Spain (duly identified by a sticker or emblem), in the form of "Porque Tu Vuelves" discount points, which are listed below in the Special Conditions of the "Porque Tu Vuelves" Programme, and the customer will enjoy the benefits of the "Porque Tu Vuelves" Programme after having accepted the programme conditions by carrying out a first operation at CEPSA, identifying themself as an Air Europa SUMA customer with the Air Europa SUMA physical or virtual card number, which can be done using the card's magnetic strip or the QR code corresponding to each customer's Air Europa SUMA number.

Furthermore, during the validity of the Promotion, customers of the "AIR EUROPA SUMA" loyalty programme that have also signed up for the "Porque Tu Vuelves" programme, as indicated above, can obtain AIR EUROPA discounts for refuelling at CEPSA Service Stations participating at the Promotion in the form SUMA Miles, as set forth below in the Special Conditions of the "AIR EUROPA SUMA" Programme.

It will be necessary to sign up for the "Porque Tu Vuelves" programme, by accepting these conditions, to enjoy all the benefits as a member of the "Porque Tu Vuelves" programme, redeem the discount points earned for the products or services listed in the catalogues and additional offers available at any time and receive commercial communications about the CEPSA programme, as well as to obtain SUMA Miles at CEPSA Service Stations participating in the Promotion.

By signing up for and earning the first SUMA Miles at CEPSA service stations, the user agrees that the General Conditions of the CEPSA "Porque Tu Vuelves" Programme and the "AIR EUROPA SUMA" Programme are applicable and that they supplement everything not provided for in the special conditions of the "CEPSA - AIR EUROPA" special promotion. Furthermore, with their acceptance, the "AIR EUROPA SUMA" Programme customer declares that they have read and accept the general conditions applicable to the aforementioned "Porque Tu Vuelves" programme, as well as those specifically provided for during the validity of this special promotion.

Acceptance of these conditions, as well as the first operation with the Air Europa SUMA Card that earns you SUMA Miles, will likewise entail registration in the private area of the website www.porquetuvuelves.com, where you can access all the products and services that CEPSA offers its members. To this end, CEPSA will send you an email, to the address indicated when signing up for the "AIR EUROPA SUMA" Programme, containing a login password for the private area in accordance with the conditions of registration and access set out below in this form.

After having completed the first SUMA Miles acquisition operation at CEPSA Service Stations, Air Europa SUMA customers agree that Air Europa can disclose their details (name, surname, national ID, date of birth, email, telephone number) to CEPSA in order to carry out automatic registration of the customer in the CEPSA "Porque Tu Vuelves" Programme.

"AIR EUROPA SUMA" customers will be able to enjoy the Promotion while the agreement between CEPSA and AIR EUROPA SUMA MILES remains in force. Completion of the Promotion will be communicated to participants in advance for the appropriate purposes and by the usual means.

Once the Promotion has been completed, any members of the "AIR EUROPA SUMA" Programme who, during its validity, provided their details to CEPSA and accepted the general conditions of the Programme will continue to be accepted as members of the "Porque Tu Vuelves" Programme, in accordance with the general conditions of the "Porque Tu Vuelves" Programme.

During the validity of this special promotion, upon carrying out an operation at CEPSA service stations, members of the "AIR EUROPA SUMA" Loyalty Programme who have signed up for the "Porque Tú Vuelves" Programme accept the General Conditions of the former, which can be read on the AIR EUROPA SUMA website (www.air-europa.com). Air Europa SUMA customers can present their "AIR EUROPA SUMA" Programme card when paying at all participating CEPSA Service Stations and DEPASO, MINISTOP and Minimarket establishments or stores installed inside or outside the former in Spain (duly identified by means of a sticker or emblem), whereby they obtain, at that moment:

  • SIX (6) DISCOUNT POINTS for each litre of STAR fuel pumped.
  • TWELVE (12) DISCOUNT POINTS for each litre of OPTIMA fuel pumped.

The provisions of the General Conditions of the "Porque Tu Vuelves" Programme will not apply with regard to the "Usual Establishment".

The accumulation of the remaining discount points for purchases in CEPSA NETWORK establishments is further detailed in the General Conditions of the "Porque Tu Vuelves" Programme.

 The maximum amount of discount points that customers may obtain corresponds to 90 litres per transaction, 180 litres per day and 3 transactions per day. CEPSA reserves the right to modify these limits. The minimum consumption to obtain discount points will be based on the provisions of the "Porque Tu Vuelves" Loyalty Programme.

This special promotion is compatible with CEPSA cards for in-person discounts (Club Grupo and Taxi) and other point-of-sale promotions held by CEPSA at any given time.

It will not be compatible with other CEPSA loyalty cards, CEPSA payment cards for professionals and the Carrefour Card.

If a CEPSA loyalty card is used to pay alongside the "AIR EUROPA SUMA" card, the corresponding discount points will be awarded to the former as per the general conditions of the programme (i.e., 5 points discount per litre of fuel on the "Porque Tu Vuelves" card), and no "Porque Tu Vuelves" discount points will be awarded to "SUMA AIR EUROPA" Card customers.

ONE. - PURPOSE

1.1. Purpose. The CEPSA Card is a promotional system developed by CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO and designed for individuals (not transport professionals). Through this personal and non-transferable card, holders will be able to earn discount points which they can redeem for the products or services listed in the catalogues and the additional offers available at that time.

1.2. Holders. The CEPSA Card may be held by individuals over 18 years of age who live in Spain and Andorra and who do not have limited capacity to act. The holder, whose signature appears on the back of the Card, will be understood to coincide at all times with the person in possession of the Card, unless the card is reported to be stolen or lost.

TWO. - SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The CEPSA Card may be used in:

  • The CEPSA NETWORK: all participating CEPSA Service Stations and establishments, or associated DEPASO, MINISTOP and Mini-Market stores located in or outside of them, in Spain and Andorra. These establishments will be identified by means of a sticker or emblem.
  • Participating establishments: all establishments taking part in this promotion. The addition of these participating establishments and their operations will be included in the catalogue and in any additional offers made.

THIRD. - DURATION

  • This promotion will remain in force indefinitely and for as long as CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO does not end it.
  • It will be considered finished when CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO decides not to grant any more discount points and notifies the account holders thereof. The website www.porquetuvuelves.com will be a valid means for said notification.
  • CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO undertakes to maintain additional catalogues or offers in an effort to allow members to redeem accumulated discount points for a period of three (3) months.
  • CEPSA Card holders may cancel their subscription at any time. To do so, they must write to CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO at the postal address indicated in these General Conditions, attaching a photocopy of their national ID or equivalent official document.

FOUR. - OPERATIONS

4.1. Application. Application forms will be available at establishments of the CEPSA NETWORK for customers who wish to join the promotion. Once duly completed, signed and submitted to the staff at the CEPSA NETWORK establishment, they will be presented with their CEPSA Card and the Catalogue.

  • In the application form, the holder may indicate the CEPSA NETWORK establishment that they consider their "Usual Establishment"; failing this, the CEPSA NETWORK establishment where the holder hands over their application will be considered as such. The holder may modify their Usual Establishment at any time, and it will become effective the month following notification.
  • Should any modification to the holder's personal details take place, the holder must notify CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO by calling 902 545 545 or by visiting www.porquetuvuelves.com. Failure to communicate any changes exempts CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO from responsibility for sending information using the data set forth in the application.

4.2. Earning discount points. The holder will earn discount points whenever they use the CEPSA Card to purchase products and services from the CEPSA NETWORKS and establishments participating in the promotion. Unless there is a modification to the promotional system, as announced in the Exclusive Catalogue, by an additional offer or on www.porquetuvuelves.com, with a minimum notice of fifteen (15) days from the effective date of its application, these General Conditions will determine how discounts points are awarded, their limits and any additional circumstances:

  • In automotive fuel at CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO
    • 1 litre = 5 discount points
  • At participating DEPASO, MINISTOP and Minimarket stores:
    • €1 in products and services = 15 discount points
    • €1 in CEPSA or Ertoil Automotive Parts or Lubricants = 15 discount points
    • 1 bottle of CEPSA butane = 20 discount points
  • When a purchase is made at the "Usual Establishment", the cardholder will obtain 40% more discount points for the purchase made.
  • Holders may earn a maximum 900 discount points per day and 450 per transaction, while CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO reserves the right to modify these limits. The minimum purchase for obtaining discount points will be €1 for products or services and 1 litre for fuel.
  • The base value for determining discount points, both in euros and litres, will be the entire amount of the corresponding transaction.
  • No discount points can be earned for purchases made at vending machines or other devices that dispense products or services by entering coins or paper notes, as well as for all those in which the CEPSA Card cannot be used. Additionally, discount points may not be obtained for newspapers, mobile top-ups and cards or automotive lubricants and products that are not produced by CEPSA or Ertoil, nor for any products notified at that time, purchased at CEPSA NETWORK establishments. Cardholders will obtain information on their accumulated discount points by means of the purchase receipt given for the product or service purchased in the CEPSA NETWORK; they must keep this receipt in the event that any discrepancy arises regarding the accumulated discount points. Holders can also consult the balance by requesting it from the CEPSA NETWORK or directly via the website www.porquetuvuelves.com. If the holder does not agree with the accumulated balance, they may notify CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO by submitting the receipts of the purchases made in order to correct any errors that may have occurred. Monetary discounts may be expressed in discount points for the sole purpose of communication and ease of understanding on the part of the participants in the loyalty system, without having any effect on the nature of the monetary discount established by the system.

4.3. Redeeming discount points. The cardholder may request redemption of their points for catalogue products once their data has been duly delivered to CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO and their application has been validated by it; in the meantime, they can only accumulate discount points. Discount points will be redeemed for catalogue products in the CEPSA NETWORK. The term "Catalogues" refers to: Exclusive Catalogue: Set of products in the Exclusive Catalogue for CEPSA Cardholders, which can only be acquired by redeeming discount points accumulated on the CEPSA Card.

  • Additional catalogues: Products and services that can be purchased with a total or partial charge against the accumulated balance of discount points.
  • Redemption refers to: The use of discount points for purchasing products from the Exclusive Catalogue and/or the current additional offer. Redemption for products in the Exclusive Catalogue will not accrue discount points. Such redemption may be carried out as described in 4.4 below.
  • The use of discount points to purchase fuel and/or other products from the additional catalogues: In these cases, the accumulated discount may be used as payment for the entire amount of the products or services, or only part of it, whereby the remaining difference must be paid in cash or another accepted payment method. Only the part paid in cash or another accepted payment method will accrue discount points.
  • Each 1,000 points will equal €1, unless a change is made to the system described in the Exclusive Catalogue, in an equivalent offer or on the website www.porquetuvuelves.com

4.4. Redemption for products in the Exclusive Catalogue. Redemption for products in the Exclusive Catalogue can only be done at CEPSA NETWORK establishments. The Exclusive Catalogue includes two types of products: those with immediate delivery and those with deferred delivery. Products with immediate delivery are those granted to the cardholder in the CEPSA NETWORK at the same time the redemption takes place, after the cardholder has shown their ID card or another equivalent official document.

  • Products with deferred delivery are products that, once redeemed by the customer, must be collected by the customer at the CEPSA NETWORK establishment where they ordered it within 10 to 30 days from the date on which the product was ordered. In the event of deferred delivery of Exclusive Catalogue products, CEPSA NETWORK establishments will provide the cardholder with a stub detailing the redemption made against the discount points balance on their Card. They must hand over the stub to receive the item in question when it arrives at the establishment.
  • At that time, once the cardholder has been identified by means of their national ID or equivalent official document, the product will be handed over in exchange for the aforementioned stub. This stub will be signed by the cardholder in the "I received" section as proof of receiving the product, and the establishment will hand over the accompanying sales receipt. If the redeemed product has a factory defect, understood to be any defect not caused by misuse on the part of the cardholder, the latter will be entitled to receive a replacement product at the establishment where the product was delivered within 15 days and after presenting the redemption receipt. The item warranty will be that set by the manufacturer, meaning any claim arising 15 days after the item was delivered will be made to the corresponding technical assistance service of the manufacturer.
  • Under no circumstances may products from the Exclusive Catalogue be eligible for exchange, alteration or compensation at the request of the CEPSA cardholders. CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO reserves the right to replace products from the Exclusive Catalogue with other similar products.

4.5. Redemption of discount points by several account holders. A product included in the catalogues may be exchanged using the discount points available on Cards with up to three holders. To this end, any cardholder who wishes to redeem points under this formula must display the three valid cards and prove their identity by displaying their national ID, or other equivalent official document, in addition to presenting the national IDs, or other equivalent official document, corresponding to the other Cardholders, before signing the corresponding delivery document. Delivery of the corresponding item to one of the aforementioned Cardholders will exempt CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO from delivering it to any other Cardholder who has contributed their accumulated discount points for the redemption of that product. In this sense, the rights are considered to be transferred, for all purposes, to the person who makes the redemption, unless there is prior notification of theft or loss.

FIVE. - PROMOTIONS

  • Any holder with more than one CEPSA Card will receive promotions exclusively on one of them, at the discretion of CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO
  • Through the Card, the holder will be able to take advantage not only of this promotion, but also of other products as they are launched. These will be communicated on the purchase receipt, the website www.porquetuvuelves.com, SMS messages or any other means at the disposal of CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO.

SIX. - BALANCE REDUCTION

  • CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO reserves the right to reduce the cardholder's balance for card management reasons; said reduction will be made on the accumulated discount points.
  • In this regard, the following distinction is made between: Failure to redeem discount points: Points accrued in a year, which have not been redeemed on 31 December of the third year following their accrual, will be reduced by 50% for card management reasons. One month later, if they still have not been redeemed, the remaining 50%, or lower amount, will be taken away.
  • Card inactivity: Points accumulated on a card that has been inactive for a period of 6 months, starting on the month of the last transaction, will be reduced by 50% for card management reasons. One month later, if the card remains inactive, the remaining 50% will be taken away. Inactivity refers to the failure to accrue or redeem discount points.

SEVEN. - DATA PROTECTION

  • In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, the cardholder is hereby notified that their data will be added to a file owned by CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO and used confidentially for the purpose of providing, managing, monitoring and maintaining the services included in the "Porque Tu Vuelves" promotional system launched by CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO and forming part of the CEPSA Card. Likewise, the data provided that is subject to processing may be used in activities attributable to the company's corporate purpose and, in particular, marketing and distribution activities for fuels and other complementary services through its Commercial Network.
  • The cardholder also expressly agrees to allow CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO to process their personal data for advertising, promotional and/or statistical purposes (including segmentation to adapt offers and marketing activities). Furthermore, for the purposes of the article 21 of Law 34/2002, on services of the information society, the cardholder authorises the receipt of commercial communications that may be of their interest or adapted to their profile in relation to the promotional system and the activities that CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO carries out or to the value-added services that the cardholder could take advantage of, both by conventional and/or electronic means (emails, SMS, purchase ticket, etc.). Likewise, these communications may be CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO promotions or, unless expressly stated otherwise in the application, promotions from CEPSA Group companies that are related to their corporate purpose and which can be consulted on the website www.cepsa.com. The cardholder gives their express consent, unless revoked, to the transfer of their personal data to the CEPSA Group companies for the purposes described above.
  • The cardholder is duly informed and agrees that companies affiliated with the 'Porque Tu Vuelves' promotional system may process any given personal data to develop different commercial agreements that CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO has entered into with said third parties for the benefit of the members of the 'Porque Tu Vuelves' promotional system related to the leisure, travel, culture, automotive, insurance, distribution and financing sectors, as well as to guarantee the correct provision of the services inherent thereto. The companies with which CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO has commercial agreements aimed at the members of the 'Porque Tu Vuelves' promotional system or any participating in the Programme may be consulted on www.porquetuvuelves.com, in the legal terms and conditions section. Members can also use this page to keep their data up to date.
  • Similarly, the cardholder is hereby informed and authorises CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO to record telephone conversations held with the Customer Service Department on 902 545 545 in order to guarantee better service quality.
  • In accordance with the current legislation on Personal Data Protection, the cardholder may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, in writing, attaching a photocopy of their national ID or equivalent official document, to CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO (Network Marketing Dept.) at the following address: Torre CEPSA, Paseo de la Castellana, nº 259-A, 28046-Madrid. Interested parties can also exercise their rights and contact CEPSA regarding matters related to this promotional system by email: buzonbajas@cepsa.com. The exercise of these rights will not be retroactive.

EIGHT. - LOSS, THEFT, DAMAGE AND FRAUD IN THE USE OF THE CARD

8.1. Loss, theft and damage. If the Card is lost, stolen or damaged, the holder must notify CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO by telephone on 902 545 545 and expressly consent to the potential recording of their data under the terms established in Clause Seven. The CEPSA card will not be blocked until the holder makes said notification, without prejudice to the provisions of these conditions and always within the limits established in Clause Seven of these General Conditions.

8.2. Fraud. When presented with an illegible card, a card obtained by theft, fraud or other mechanism that does not respect these standards or good faith, and, in general, in the event of use that is fraudulent or contrary to the conditions of the Card, CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO reserves the right not to accept the use of the card in question or the use of the discount points that have been accumulated on it. Furthermore, in such cases, CEPSA COMMERCIAL PETRÓLEO may cancel the aforementioned Card or limit its use.

NINE. - LIABILITY

CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from operations, unless they are caused by negligent or malicious action on the part of CEPSA COMERCIAL PETROLEO. In this case, the liability will be limited to the economic value of the discount points that the holder has accumulated.

TEN. - GENERAL

10.1. CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO may execute full or partial variation or modification of the requirements or advantages of using the CEPSA Card after announcing it on the website www.porquetuvuelves.com within a minimum of fifteen (15) days before the effective date of its application. The cardholder can redeem any discount points that they have accumulated up to that point and can request the cancellation of the card at any time. In any case, the catalogues and offers in force, the website and the telephone number 902 545 545 will be fully operational for the purpose of informing the holder of the new conditions or of any incident. Continuing to use the Card or to redeem the discount points will imply acceptance of these modifications.

10.2. The participating establishments may cease to be such, a circumstance that does not need to be communicated to the cardholder and does not create any liability toward the cardholder.

10.3. The use of this Card will be incompatible with the use of any other CEPSA Group loyalty card.

10.4. Any references to the offeror of the promotion are understood to be made to the company "CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO, S.A.U.", with address at Torre CEPSA, Paseo de la Castellana, nº 259-A. 28046. Madrid, with Tax ID no. A-80298896.

10.5. Any tax implications arising from the CEPSA Card, should they exist, will be assumed by the party responsible, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

10.6. In order to provide the best service and resolve any doubts or incidents, the cardholder can submit any enquiry through the website www.porquetuvuelves.com or on the customer service line 902 545 545, whereby they expressly agree to the possibility of having their data recorded under the terms set out in Clause Seven.

10.7. These terms and conditions have been registered with a notary public and can also be consulted on the website www.porquetuvuelves.com.

10.8. CEPSA CARD, S.A., with registered office at Torre CEPSA, Paseo de la Castellana, no. 259-A, 12. 28046. Madrid, with Tax ID number A-80349590, a CEPSA Group company, is designated as the System administrator, and will therefore manage the discount points earned by using the CEPSA Card, maintaining the monetary balances in favour of the holders of said Cards, and crediting, on their behalf, their purchases of products from the catalogues included in the promotion.

ELEVEN. - JURISDICTION

To resolve any disputes arising in connection with the interpretation or application of these conditions, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction and provisions set out in the current legal regulations.

CONDITIONS OF ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE "PORQUE TU VUELVES":

  • Acceptance of these conditions enables access to the private area of the website www. porquetuvuelves.com, where you will have a wide range of services to make use of the programme. To this end, CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO will send you, to the email address indicated in this application, a password for the private area assigned for your personal use. Members are advised to change the password and use it diligently, notifying CEPSA as soon as possible of any loss, theft or risk of unauthorised access. CEPSA will not be liable for any improper or fraudulent use of the password made by a person other than the registered person. The user accepts the terms and conditions of use of the portal set forth in the Legal Notice of the website www.porquetuvuelves.com. They can unsubscribe as a registered user by sending an email to buzonbajas@cepsa.com.
  • For the purposes of this Promotion, interested parties are hereby notified that the promotion entails the exchange of information and data on the number of SUMA Miles earned and redeemed for "Porque Tu Vuelves" discount points between CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO and AIR EUROPA in order to properly manage and maintain the "CEPSA - AIR EUROPA" Promotion.

In accordance with current legislation on personal data protection, customers of the "AIR EUROPA SUMA" Programme are hereby informed that, if they also sign up for the CEPSA "Porque Tu Vuelves" Programme and accept these conditions, they are authorising AIR EUROPA to transfer the details provided when joining or signing up for the "AIR EUROPA SUMA" Programme to CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO. To this effect, customers are hereby informed that these details will be understood as accurate and truthful and will be included in a file owned by CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO for processing in accordance with the provisions set out below, as well as in the General Conditions of the "Porque Tu Vuelves" Programme, which can be viewed below and which can be found at www.porquetuvuelves.com.

In addition, each customer will be given a unique CEPSA Group customer identifier that will allow them to continue as a member of the "Porque Tu Vuelves" Programme and benefit from all offers and advantages in a unified and simple manner. To this end, CEPSA may send commercial communications to customers, both by traditional and electronic means and in a segmented and/or customised manner, detailing own promotions or third-party commercial information related to the products and/or services of CEPSA Group companies or third parties with whom CEPSA reaches collaboration agreements now or in the future and which can concern sectors such as leisure, travel, culture, payment methods and cards, automotive, insurance, distribution and financing, gifts, fashion, home, technology, as well as promotions and/or commercial actions related to these sectors. The purpose of processing your data therefore includes managing the commercial relationship with you as a customer of the CEPSA Group, including, where applicable, monitoring and maintaining the services inherent in the promotional systems or benefits of the CEPSA Group and sending commercial communications. As part of the above, your personal data will be communicated to Cepsa Group Companies, which you can consult on the website www.cepsa.com.

If you do not expressly deny consent to have your data processed for the aforementioned purposes within 30 days, by calling 902 545 545 or by email to buzonbajas@cepsa.com, it will be understood that you expressly consent to receive commercial communications, to your registration in the promotional systems and to the transfer of your data to Cepsa Group companies for the creation of the unique customer ID.

For the purposes of this Promotion, you are also informed that the management of the promotion involves exchanging data and information on the number of Miles.

1. The mere participation in the Promotion implies the acceptance of these conditions in their entirety, and, therefore, any participant who expressly states that they do not accept them will be excluded. As a result, CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO and AIR EUROPA will be released from any obligation to such participant incurred in connection with this Promotion.

2. CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO and/or AIR EUROPA reserve the right to modify the conditions of this Promotion at any time, including its possible cancellation before the end date of the Promotion, provided that there is justified cause. In such circumstance, they undertake to communicate the new terms and conditions or, if applicable, the definitive cancellation, sufficiently in advance and in the same form and by the same means as these conditions.

3. In the event of fraud or other promotional mechanisms that do not comply with these standards or good faith, CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO and/or AIR EUROPA reserve the right to refuse to award the "Porque Tu Vuelves" discount points and/or SUMA Miles to the participant.

4. Participants voluntarily accept "Porque Tu Vuelves" discount points and/or SUMA Miles, waiving any claim against CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO and/or AIR EUROPA for this reason.

5. Neither AIR EUROPA nor CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO will be responsible if, due to an unforeseen event or force majeure, the promotion could not fulfil one or more of the terms specified above. In this case, CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO may choose to publish a new, similar mechanism for the initial disclosure of the promotion or cancellation thereof, without this generating any form of liability for CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO or AIR EUROPA. Any modification or cancellation of the "Porque Tu Vuelves" Programme carried out by CEPSA COMERCIAL PETRÓLEO affecting members of the "AIR EUROPA SUMA" Programme who have signed up for this promotion will be communicated in the same way as to the other "Porque Tu Vuelves" Programme members.
