How to use your Miles on Air Europa flights
Earning Suma Miles is very easy, you just have to associate your Suma number to your flight. Here are 3 easy ways to earn Miles:
Option 2
If you did not enter your SUMA membership number when you purchased your ticket, you can do so when you check in online or at the airport check-in desk.
Option 3
If you did not enter your SUMA membership number through any of these options, you can request your Miles on the website within 6 months from the date of the flight.
How many Suma Miles do you earn when you fly with Air Europa?
Earn Miles every time you travel with us on all domestic, European and intercontinental flights, and we'll give you extra Miles if you fly in Business class.
Earn more Miles based on your Suma level
As you advance to higher Suma card levels, we will give you more Miles for each flight. Level Miles are credited based on how many Suma Miles and Bonus Business Miles you earn. More information here.
What are the benefits of flying with Air Europa?

1. Discount on seat bookings
Your preferred seat at the time of booking or when you obtain your boarding pass. As a Suma member, you get a 10% discount when you book any type of seat and a 20% discount if you are Suma Silver member in XL and priority seats.
Customers with Suma Gold, Suma Platinum levels can book any seat for free.
2. Take more bags on your trip
Do you need to take more luggage for that extra bit of shopping? Do you only need one more bag? Suma Silver, Gold and Platinum members can take an additional bag for free on Air Europa flights.

How to use your Miles on Air Europa flights
Make your booking on the home page of www.aireuropa.com by entering the route and clicking on “Pay in Suma Miles”. Next, you will shown the available flights and the Miles needed for each trip selected.

Now you will find the booking process much faster and simpler since you are shown all available fares in Miles, cash or Cash&Miles. This new system also allows you to book any other services you may need (seat, baggage, etc.) in the same flow, taking into account the corresponding discounts and bonuses based on your Air Europa Suma card level.

- Exclusive fares for Suma customers depend on availability within the booking classes reserved for Air Europa Suma.
- The total fare must be paid using Suma Miles; partial payment is not permitted.
- Valid only on flights operated by Air Europa.
- The booking, Mile redemption, and ticket issuance must be completed at the same time.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Date and time changes are permitted up to 2 hours before departure. Change fee: €20. Only the date and time of the ticket may be changed, not the passenger’s name. Infants aged 0–2 years (not yet turned 2) receive a 75% discount.
- Suma exclusive fares cannot be combined or used together with Air Europa's standard fares.
- Fuel surcharge: Included.
- Airport taxes: Not included.
- Stopovers are not permitted.

- The booking, use of Miles and ticket issuance must be completed at the same time.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Date and time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the departure of the flight. Change handling fee: €20. Only the date and time of the ticket can be changed, not the passenger. Children between 0 and 2 years old (not yet turned 2) receive a 75% discount.
