Legal entities cannot register with Air Europa Suma. Air Europa Suma registration and membership is free and unlimited in time subject to the general terms and conditions, notwithstanding the provisions contained herein regarding membership termination.

Registering with the Programme implies accepting these terms and conditions and any future modifications. In addition to other information, a valid and unique email address is required for each customer to confirm the registration process. After completing the process specified in these terms and conditions, a link will be sent to the email address provided by the Air Europa Suma customer during the registration process. Then, the Air Europa Suma customer can use this link to activate their Air Europa Suma account to access their customer profile information. Where necessary, Air Europa may request individuals to submit a photocopy of a valid Spanish ID, Tax ID, Passport, or Resident Card to formalise their registration with the Air Europa Suma programme.

Upon fulfilment of the established requirements, Air Europa will send an email confirming registration with the Suma Programme together with an Air Europa Suma membership number, which must be indicated when making bookings to earn Miles, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Air Europa Suma members are responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data that they submit to the Air Europa Suma Programme and for complying with these terms and conditions. Air Europa is committed to ensuring that the data provided by individuals who are customers of Air Europa Suma, as a result of their participation in the present Programme, will be used in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, as described in section 10 "Privacy Policy" of these general terms and conditions.

 • Suma Accounts for Minors:

Accounts in the Air Europa Suma programme registered in the name of minors must be linked to the account of a legal guardian. The guardian will be responsible for managing the minor's account, including the accumulation and use of Miles, as well as any other operation within the Programme.

New accounts for minors must only be registered via the legal guardian's account and not through the generic Air Europa Suma registration form. If a minor's account is found to have been created differently, the Programme reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account until this condition is met.

The accounts of minors will be subject to these same general terms and conditions of the Programme, but always under the supervision and responsibility of the legal guardian.

Once the minor reaches legal age, an email will be sent to the legal guardian informing them of the new situation and requesting their decision on whether to keep the now adult individual within the family account or to unlink them. If it is decided to maintain the link, the terms and conditions of the family account will continue to apply.

• Family Accounts in the Air Europa Suma Programme:

The Air Europa Suma programme offers the option to create family accounts, which will be subject to the following conditions:

o Limited members: Each family account may have up to 4 adults and 3 minors.

o Leaving the family account: Any member may leave the family account after a minimum period of 6 months without incurring any penalties.

o Family account administrator: The family account will be managed by an administrator, who will be responsible for making decisions regarding its management. The administrator will also have the authority to decide which members can redeem Miles accumulated by the family account. It is important to note that under no circumstances can a minor redeem Miles. The administrator may modify the members of the family account once per year.

o Invitations to the family account: The family account administrator may invite individuals to join the account, whether they are already registered in the Air Europa Suma programme or not. If the guest is not registered, they must complete their registration in the programme in order to be added to the family account.

o Earning Suma Miles: Suma Miles earned by members will be credited to the family account balance, which the authorised members may use. Level Miles are personal and non-transferable. This means they will be recorded in the passenger's personal account and cannot be transferred or shared among members of the same family account.

Air Europa Suma customers expressly agree that the data and information provided in reservations made through the Program may be used to

• To provide them with services or products related to the Programme, such as earning and redeeming Miles, as well as for the management of the Programme itself.

• The sending of communications related to the Programme, which are essential for its operation (operational communications).

• Receiving commercial communications from Air Europa and its partner companies, with information about promotions, products and services.

The Air Europa Suma membership number provided by the Programme is unique to each Air Europa Suma member. Suma members must include this number when they reserve flights or purchase non-airline products and services to earn Miles that can be credited to their Air Europa Suma account.

The benefits offered by Air Europa Suma are compatible and can be combined with those of the Air Europa Empresas Programme. Therefore, a single flight shall generate Miles for the Air Europa Suma member and, where applicable, Points for the company registered with the Air Europa Empresas Programme.

Participation in the Air Europa Suma Programme may be terminated for various reasons, as detailed below:

a) Voluntary Customer Withdrawal

The customer may request voluntary withdrawal from the Programme at any time via the Air Europa Suma section at www.aireuropa.com. Withdrawal will be effective from the moment the Customer confirms it, and Air Europa Suma will cancel the account and any accumulated Miles, which may NOT be recovered under any circumstances.

b) Termination Due to Inactivity (Miles Expiration)

If the Air Europa Suma customer does not earn and/or redeem any Miles in the Programme for an uninterrupted period of twenty-four (24) months from the last transaction recorded, the entire balance of accumulated Miles will automatically expire and can no longer be redeemed. Air Europa reserves the right to modify this period, providing notice thereof in the Air Europa Suma section of www.aireuropa.com.

c) Termination Due to Death of the Customer

In the event of a customer's death, Air Europa Suma will close the account and cancel all accumulated Miles upon receiving the death certificate at suma@aireuropa.com.

d) Termination Due to Non-Compliance or Inappropriate Conduct

Air Europa Suma reserves the right to cancel, block the account or temporarily or permanently expel a member of the Programme in the following cases, which will result in the cancellation of all Miles and the loss of unused permissions, as well as the imposition of the relevant responsibilities on the Suma customer:

o Improper or fraudulent use of the Programme: Including commercial use, resale or offering of tickets to third parties or any profit-making activity, as well as any profit-making activity related to them or their improper use of the Programme.

o Failure to comply with the rules and procedures contained in these General Terms and Conditions.

o Inappropriate behaviour: Such as aggressive or harassing behaviour towards Air Europa staff or its partner companies.

o Refusal to follow the instructions of staff, airport personnel or crew members on flights operated by Air Europa or its partner airlines.

If this measure is adopted, Air Europa will immediately notify the Programme member, informing them of the provisional or definitive nature of the measure and detailing the facts that led to the expulsion. Permanent expulsion from the Programme entails the cancellation of all associated cards, the cancellation of any accumulated Miles that have not been redeemed, and the loss of any Rewards obtained to date that have not yet been used.

Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions implies the customer's express authorisation to Air Europa Suma for Air Europa to record in full, using any technically valid medium for this purpose, telephone conversations with the Call Centre and to archive communications and instructions by email, chat or social media, whether in written or voice format or any other medium, produced during the use of any service of the Programme.

The purpose of this measure is, among other things, to audit and improve the quality of the service provided, as well as to facilitate the resolution of any complaints. The client accepts the evidentiary value of these recordings and communications in or out of court. In any case, the user has the right to obtain a copy of the recordings or communications that affect them. To obtain this, you must exercise your right as indicated in our Privacy Policy.

Air Europa shall provide Air Europa Suma members with access to the statement of their transactions and Miles account balance, in addition to other current special offers, benefits, and services.

The email address indicated by the Air Europa Suma member on the registration form shall be used to send communications. The Air Europa Suma member may request to modify their email address at any time.

Air Europa SUMA members can contact the Air Europa Suma Customer Service via email (suma@aireuropa.com) or by telephone to amend any incorrect information on a statement or to submit a question about special offers.

Air Europa Suma members will not earn Miles for any flights, products or services if they fail to provide their Air Europa Suma membership number during the booking process.

Suma Miles and Level Miles are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another holder or another loyalty programme.

 • Level upgrade, minimum of 4 flights with Air Europa:

To advance to the next level in the Air Europa Suma programme, customers must meet the requirement of completing at least 4 flights operated by Air Europa within the relevant qualification period. Flights operated by other airlines associated with Air Europa Suma will not count towards this minimum requirement for Air Europa flights.

This criterion is in addition to the other requirements necessary for achieving higher levels, as outlined in the programme's terms and conditions.

For security reasons, the Suma Programme is not authorised to access any confidential information contained on flight passenger lists.

The Suma Programme is operated primarily online through the Suma section of the Air Europa website. However, Air Europa Suma members can resolve any queries by contacting the Air Europa Suma Customer Service. The contact number is 911 360 200, available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 21:00 and Saturdays from 09:00 to 14:00. Customers can also reach Air Europa Suma via email at suma@aireuropa.com.

Registered Air Europa Suma members must duly notify the Air Europa Suma Programme as soon as possible of any modifications to the data and information that they provide. Furthermore, they must guarantee the accuracy of the data and information provided and shall be liable for any incorrect, incomplete or outdated information.

The established modification procedure shall be followed to make changes to personal data, whereby the necessary confirmation will be requested from the customer.

Miles are earned on flights operated by Air Europa or any partner airline of the Air Europa Suma Programme. Miles will not be earned, nor will flight segments count towards level upgrades, for tickets on charter flights, flights booked using Miles redemption classes, or tickets purchased with special airline employee discounts.

The total amount of Miles earned is calculated based on the amount paid by the Air Europa Suma member. Miles will be earned for each euro paid exclusively for the published rate and fuel surcharge. Fees, taxes, public charges (or similar), and other fees, including management expenses, are not eligible for earning Miles.

Similarly, for an upgrade to Business class, the Miles earned will be based on the amount paid for the fare difference, but not for any penalties or additional charges that the change may incur.
However, for other types of upgrades, such as Plusgrade, it will NOT be possible to earn the difference in Miles; only the Miles corresponding to the original ticket will be registered.

If a ticket is purchased using a mixed payment (money + Suma Miles), only the Miles for the total amount paid in money will be earned. Payments made with Suma Miles will never be valid to earn Miles.

The number of Miles earned with Air Europa can be consulted in the Suma section of the Air Europa website.

The number of Miles that can be earned with our airline and non-airline partners is detailed on the corresponding page for each partner. Miles are earned by using the services of the partner companies affiliated with the Air Europa Suma Programme.

Promotional Miles are credited to an Air Europa Suma member's account for one-off special offers, such as Suma Programme Welcome Miles and occasional campaigns offering extra Miles on certain routes. Miles earned are nominal and personal, belonging to the Air Europa Suma customer.

To earn Miles, Suma customers must identify themselves when booking or purchasing a service that is eligible for earning Miles by providing the Air Europa Suma membership number sent by email confirming their registration with the Programme. Staff of Air Europa and partners may ask Suma members to provide documentation to prove their identity.

It will not be possible to earn Miles if the Air Europa Suma customer does not provide their Air Europa Suma number for each reservation, service booking, or request for unrecorded Miles. In this case, neither Air Europa nor associated companies will be responsible under any circumstances. Suma members are solely responsible for correctly identifying themselves.

Miles earned for purchasing flight tickets will not be credited to the account of the Air Europa Suma member until the flight has been taken or the services have been provided. Furthermore, the Air Europa Suma member must have indicated their Suma number in advance.

The benefits offered by the Air Europa Suma Programme are compatible and can be combined with those of the Air Europa Empresas Programme. Therefore, a single flight shall generate Miles for the Air Europa Suma member and, where applicable, Points for the company registered with the Air Europa Empresas Programme. For all other partner companies, Suma members must identify themselves when paying for a service or purchasing a product.

Under no circumstances will flights, services or products obtained in exchange for Miles generate Suma Miles, Air Europa Business Programme Points or any other benefits arising from any products offered by Air Europa.

Similarly, no Suma Miles will be earned for Air Europa flights operated by airlines not part of the SkyTeam Alliance or for flights operated by any airline with which Air Europa Suma does not have a frequent flyer agreement. The list of airlines with which Suma Miles can be earned is published in Our Partners.

Miles are earned for flights that have been actually taken. Miles will not be earned if a flight is suspended for any reason stipulated in the Contract of Carriage, including force majeure and security reasons, and passengers fly with another airline.

Miles may be redeemed for the following products or services:

• For Air Europa flights.

• For flights operated by SkyTeam Alliance airlines

• For flights operated by airlines affiliated with the Programme.

• For products or services offered by non-airline partners of the Air Europa SUMA programme.

Awards shall be issued subject to identification of the Air Europa Suma member and sufficient balance in their Miles account.

Only Air Europa Suma customers can redeem Miles, even if a third party is the beneficiary of the Miles.

It is possible to combine money with accumulated Miles for redemption of rewards in Air Europa tickets.

Any unauthorised use of the Miles shall constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Air Europa Suma members should check the Miles table regularly when redeeming Miles for awards. Air Europa and partner companies affiliated with the Programme reserve the right to modify this table at any time, without the need to give any prior notice. However, they undertake to provide details of any modifications to the terms and conditions of products and services on www.aireuropa.com.

Miles can only be redeemed by the Suma customer, although the services requested can be used by the customer themselves or by a person they explicitly designate. Air Europa Suma reserves the right to carry out checks to ensure compliance with this condition.

Flight reservations and tickets issued charged to Miles must be made on www.aireuropa.com or by calling the Air Europa Suma Customer Service Centre on 911 360 200. The number of Miles required to purchase the Air Europa ticket is subject to current fares at any given time. Air Europa reserves the right to modify this sale process at any time, without prior notice.

The number of Miles required to obtain an Air Europa ticket in exchange for Miles may vary based on the age of the person named on the ticket.

Resident and/or large family discounts are not compatible with payment in Suma Miles. For routes eligible for resident discounts, you can use your Suma Miles as long as they are not combined with the discount, by selecting the "Use my Miles" button.

Children under two years old shall be charged 10% of the adult Miles rate. Children between the ages of two and twelve years old shall obtain the same discount as established for public ticket sales, subject to the selected route and airfare.

The issuance of tickets in exchange for Miles is subject to the existence of sufficient balance in the Air Europa Suma member's account and seat availability. There are no date restrictions for the use of Miles. This type of ticket must always be confirmed. Stand-by tickets are not permitted.

The possibility of refunds and changes to the date and route of tickets issued with mixed payment will depend on whether the booking class permits it.

Award tickets (issued in class X or O) are non-refundable and only allow date and time changes up to 2 hours before the flight departure.

If a Suma member is denied boarding, the same regulations apply to this type of ticket as standard tickets.

Beneficiaries of tickets issued in exchange for Suma Miles must identify themselves at airport ticket offices by Air Europa staff when required.

Air Europa Suma members are required to pay all corresponding airport taxes, duties, public charges required and/or payable at airports, in addition to administration fees and other applicable costs, charges or expenses resulting from operations charged to their Miles account.

Tickets charged to Miles are NON-refundable and will not be valid for earning Miles, nor will the flight be counted towards level review.

Tickets issued in exchange for Air Europa Suma Miles are subject to the General Conditions of Carriage of the airline and other internal regulations.

Services obtained in exchange for Miles may be issued in the name of a person designated by the Air Europa Suma member. The user of the service does not necessarily have to be an Air Europa Suma member.

Air Europa Suma members should check the Miles table before redeeming them for airline and non-airline services.

Air Europa reserves the right to modify this table at any time, in which case the most recent modification date shall be indicated in the Air Europa Suma section of the Air Europa website.

The services eligible for redeeming Suma Miles are available for flights operated by airlines affiliated with the Programme and other products or services included in the Air Europa Suma Programme.

Booking confirmation for any service is subject to the existence of sufficient balance in the Air Europa Suma member's account and seat/service availability. There are typically no date restrictions for the use of services.

However, any date restrictions shall be indicated in detail.

Services provided in exchange for Miles shall be confirmed on the date of issue. Bookings may not be made for stand-by tickets or tickets to be confirmed after the date of issue.

The services booked in exchange for Miles are non-refundable and nonexchangeable.

Beneficiaries of services provided in exchange for Suma Miles must identify themselves at airport ticket offices by Air Europa staff when required.

Air Europa reserves the right to cancel the Suma Programme and modify the terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Cancellation of the Suma Programme will not entitle Air Europa Suma members to any form of rights or compensation. Under no circumstances shall Air Europa be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the cancellation or modification of the Suma Programme

If Air Europa cancels the Air Europa Suma Programme, Air Europa Suma customers shall be entitled to redeem the existing Miles in their account within three months. The Miles will expire after this time.

Air Europa is not liable for the inability to operate the Air Europa Suma Programme due to legal reasons or force majeure.

Only individuals can become members of the Suma Programme, regardless of their nationality and provided that they comply with the Suma registration requirements.

The liability of the Suma Programme and Air Europa is limited to crediting the corresponding number of Miles to each Suma member’s account, pursuant to the regulations for earning and redeeming Miles in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Under no circumstances shall Air Europa or the Air Europa Suma Programme be liable for:

• Damages, losses or harm of any nature (including legal costs and lawyer's fees) arising from any form of claim, if for technical reasons or in accordance with the relevant legislation in each case, there are prohibitions, limitations or restrictions whereby the Programme cannot provide all the planned services.

• Claims of any type arising directly or indirectly from contractual or noncontractual relationships between Suma members and Programme partners, for the use/purchase of services/products provided by these companies, regardless of whether the relationship is related to an operation involving the earning or redemption of Suma Miles.

• Any potential case of fraud or identity theft related to the accumulation, redemption, or management of Suma Miles is the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials and must immediately report any suspicious activity to Air Europa Suma by calling 911 360 200.

Air Europa Suma reserves the right to conduct checks on participants' accounts at any time without prior notice, with particular attention to the correct earning of Miles, their use, and the use of Rewards based on Air Europa Suma services or services from associated Partners in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, Air Europa Suma reserves the right to claim damages caused by misuse of the card, Miles, or Rewards.

Air Europa Suma reserves the right to exclude members from the Programme, cancel cards, and cancel any accumulated Miles that have not been redeemed at the time of exclusion notification, as well as cancel previously obtained Rewards that have not yet been used, if participants do not comply with all of these Terms and Conditions or if their conduct does not conform to the legislation, the Airline's or Partner Airlines' General Conditions of Carriage, or more generally, any other applicable regulations, provisions, or actions that could cause damage to the Programme or its collaborators.

The Programme also has the right to suspend a participant's membership if there is objective evidence, while taking the necessary time to investigate the case. While the investigation is ongoing, the member in question will not be able to use Miles or enjoy the benefits and services associated with the Programme.

Air Europa Suma shall be responsible to Air Europa for any malicious or fraudulent activity that affects the use of the Programme, as well as for any claims of any kind arising, directly or indirectly, from breaching any of these Terms and Conditions. In these circumstances, Air Europa may report, demand compensation for damages and/or exclude from the Air Europa Suma Programme any member that fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

These General Terms and Conditions shall be regulated, implemented and enforced in accordance with Spanish law.

For all matters arising from the interpretation and application of these General Terms and Conditions, the parties, expressly waiving all other jurisdiction to which they may have recourse, hereby submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Palma de Mallorca.

All personal data shall be processed by Air Europa in accordance with the provisions of our Privacy Policy.

We likewise inform you that by exchanging points accumulated in the Air Europa Suma Loyalty Programme for services provided by different Partners, which at all times form part of the Programme, your data will be sent to the Partner of your choice, and, by this selfsame action, you accept the terms of service established by the Partner.

For participants under the age of 18 in the Air Europa Suma Loyalty Programme, parents and/or legal guardians must expressly authorise the taking and processing of their child's personal data for the purposes described above. All required documentation must be sent to suma@air-europa.com

Failure to provide a copy of these documents together with the declaration will result in the exclusion of the minor from the Air Europa Suma loyalty Programme.

The cardholder is duly informed and agrees that companies affiliated with the Air Europa Suma loyalty Programme, in their role as data processors, may process any given personal data to develop different commercial agreements that Air Europa has entered into with these third parties for the benefit of the partners of the Air Europa Suma loyalty Programme and to ensure the proper rendering of services inherent therein. The companies with which Air Europa Suma has commercial agreements that collaborate with this Loyalty Programme can be consulted in Our Partners.
