CHANGE OF DATE
Change of date (flight operated by Air Europa): Free in the same cabin for flights up to and including 15 November 2025.
- If you have already been rebooked on another date with the same route and would like to change your booking to travel on one of the above dates, you can make the change free of charge here.
- If you have not yet taken any action regarding your booking, we recommend that you contact our Call Centre directly for assistance.

We would like to inform you that, with the opening of the new terminal at Jorge Chávez International Airport in Lima, as of 16 May 2025, all our operations in Lima will be carried out exclusively from this new terminal.
✈️ First flights in the new terminal:
Arrival in Lima: Flight UX175 from Madrid will be the first flight to land at the new terminal.
Departure from Lima: Flight UX176 to Madrid will be the first flight to take off from the new terminal.

From 2025, all passengers travelling to Cuba will need a physical visa* or digital visa (eVisa-Cuba).
The tourist visa is valid for a single entry into Cuba for a stay of 90 days, extendable for 90 days. If you obtain a new passport, you will need to obtain a new visa.

*The physical visa will be valid until 30 June 2025 and can still be obtained from Cuban consulates or embassies.

From 2025, all passengers travelling to Israel who are exempt from visa requirements must complete the form to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) at least 72 hours before their flight departure.
The ETA is valid for two years, during which time you can travel to Israel as many times as you wish, provided that each visit does not exceed 90 days. If you obtain a new passport, you will need to obtain a new ETA.

Passengers with flights to the United Kingdom from 2025 onwards
From 2025 onwards, all passengers travelling to the United Kingdom will need an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) to enter the country.
The ETA is valid for 2 years, and during that time you can travel to the United Kingdom as many times as you like, provided that each visit does not exceed 6 months. If you obtain a new passport, you will need to obtain a new ETA.
