Letter from the CEO
At Air Europa, we have spent decades working with a clear vocation: to connect people, destinations and cultures efficiently, closely and with high-quality service. This mission, which has defined our journey since the beginning, is now reflected in a strong commitment to sustainability and to building a more responsible future for aviation.
We understand sustainability not as a temporary obligation, but as a structural pillar of our long-term vision. Therefore, with full transparency, we have created this space where you can learn about the initiatives of our Vuelo 2030 project, as well as the comprehensive approach that underpins our Strategic Sustainability Plan.
In line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), our strategy is structured around three fundamental pillars:
• Environmental. We promote the continuous modernization of our fleet by incorporating the most advanced aircraft on the market. We also optimize routes through the use of cutting-edge technology, while working to improve the efficiency of our operations and progressively reduce our emissions.
• Social. We work decisively for the well-being of our team, promoting equity, diversity and the development of projects with a positive impact on the communities in which we operate.
• Governance. We strengthen management based on ethical practices, transparency and a corporate culture rooted in responsibility and regulatory compliance.
We have a clear purpose: to move towards a more responsible, efficient and people-oriented aviation. Every decision and initiative at our airline aims to balance and integrate progress with respect for the environment and for people.

Committed to Sustainable Cybersecurity
At Air Europa, we have joined the Pact for Sustainable Cybersecurity, an initiative promoted by ISMS Forum Spain. This initiative, aligned with the 2030 Agenda, promotes cybersecurity management that also reduces environmental impact.
