Earning SUMA Miles:
Air Europa SUMA members can earn and redeem Miles at the over 300 hotels participating in the Programme.

- Air Europa SUMA customers must confirm their identity when they check into the hotel and state the Air Europa SUMA programme as a destination for earning the Miles.
- Miles are earned per night of stay at the Official and Corporate Rate (group rates, tour operation, crews, promotional fees, and reservations from online travel agencies are excluded).
- Miles are only awarded to Air Europa SUMA customers, as reservation holders, according to the hotel records.
- Claims for unregistered Miles will be handled exclusively through the NH Customer Service Centre. Air Europa SUMA customers have six months to regularize their account.
