Family Accounts
Discover and enjoy the family account
A family account allows several members to be grouped into a single account, making it easier to accumulate Miles together and centralising their management under an administrator.
- Miles pooling: With Air Europa Suma family accounts, family members* combine their Miles into a single account. This makes it easier to reach redemption goals more quickly.
*Minors are excluded from this management.
In the event of duplicate minor accounts, please contact our Customer Service Centre.
- Flexibility: Up to seven family members can join a family account, for example 4 adults and 3 minors, 5 adults and 2 minors...*
Each member can still earn Miles individually, but at the same time, contribute to the family balance, providing greater flexibility in using the accumulated Miles.
*It is advisable to add adults first for the family account to be set up and function properly.
Members may leave the family account after a minimum stay of six months. This can be done through their personal profile in the Air Europa Suma program or by contacting Customer Service.
- Centralised Management: The family account is managed by an administrator, who must be of legal age and has the ability to add or remove members, as well as manage the accumulated Miles. This centralization ensures efficient and transparent management of family Miles.
Likewise, the administrator can also indicate which family members can use the family account balance.
Create a Family Account
Free of charge and easy: just access your profile, click on “My family account” and invite your relatives.
You can invite relatives whether they are already registered in the Air Europa Suma programme or not. In the latter case, the invitee must complete their registration to join the family account.
Earning Suma Miles
The Suma Miles earned by each family member are recorded individually and shared with the rest of the family members.
Tier Miles are personal and non-transferable.
The validity of Suma and Tier Miles is the same as for personal accounts:
• Suma Miles: 24 months
• Level Miles: 12 months
Redeeming Suma Miles
Each customer can redeem their Miles whenever they wish. If they do so, the redeemed Miles will also be deducted from the family account balance.
Minors may not redeem Miles; this action must always be carried out by the legal guardian.
