No. The calculation of Miles or the number of flights counted towards a higher level is done by taking into account the Miles transactions made in your Air Europa SUMA account in the last 12 months. Any new transaction in your account updates the calculation period for another 12 months.
Miles or flights used for the computation are not lost by accessing a higher level. Miles are only no longer counted for a level increase calculation when there has been no transaction in the product history of your Air Europa SUMA account after a period of 12 consecutive months.
The calculation of Miles for upgrading is dynamic and takes place every time new Miles are credited to your Air Europa SUMA account. At the same time, the period of eligibility for the review of access to a higher level is updated for a further 12 months.
