Flights to and from Israel (TLV) from 3 to 8 March

Due to the current situation in Israel, we would like to inform you that Air Europa is in constant contact with the relevant authorities in order to guarantee the maximum safety of our operations at all times.
Although our intention is to continue operating scheduled flights, the safety of our passengers is always our priority.
For this reason, and given that the airspace remains closed until further notice, there is a possibility that scheduled flights may be affected, depending on how the situation develops.
In order to offer greater flexibility, we have extended the ticket conditions for passengers with flights to/from Tel Aviv until 8 March 2026. We offer you the following options:
CHANGE OF DATE
Date change (flight operated by Air Europa): Free in the same booth until 31 March 2026, inclusive.
CHANGE OF route
Route change (flight operated by Air Europa): free of charge to/from Istanbul or any destination in Europe, in the same cabin, until 31 March 2026 inclusive.
Flights to and from Israel (TLV) 1 and 2 March

We would like to inform you that due to the situation in Israel, the following flights have been cancelled:
- UX1301 Tel Aviv - Madrid: 1 and 2 March 2026.
- UX1302 Madrid - Tel Aviv: 1 and 2 March 2026.
We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience this situation, which is beyond the company's control, may cause you.
In order to allow you to readjust your travel plans, if you wish, the following special conditions have been put in place:
CHANGE OF DATE
Date change (flight operated by Air Europa): Free of charge in the same booth until 31 March 2026, inclusive.
CHANGE OF route
Route change (flight operated by Air Europa): free of charge to/from Istanbul or any destination in Europe, in the same cabin, until 31 March 2026 inclusive.
REQUEST A VOUCHER
If you do not know your travel dates, we offer you the option of saving the ticket price to use as credit for a future purchase (valid for any destination operated by Air Europa, refundable).
REfund
If your flight has been cancelled and you wish to request a refund:
- If you purchased your ticket at a travel agency, you should contact your point of sale.
- If you purchased your ticket directly from Air Europa, please contact our Call Centre.
Resumption of flights to and from Caracas (Venezuela)

We continue to work on the gradual reactivation of operations to and from Venezuela (UX071 Madrid - Caracas and UX072 Caracas - Madrid), with the following flights scheduled for February and March:
- February: we operate on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays (17th, 20th, 22nd, 24th and 27th).
- March: we will operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays (1st, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 13th, 15th, 17th, 19th and 20th).
For flights departing on or after 21 March, we will keep you informed of any developments through our usual channels.

Passengers with flights from Havana (Cuba)

Due to a fuel shortage at José Martí International Airport (HAV), if you are travelling from Havana to Madrid between 10 February and 11 March inclusive, we would like to inform you that, although our operations are confirmed, there will be some adjustments to flights and a technical stopover for refuelling in Santo Domingo (SDQ) will be necessary.
Our flights will be as follows:
- UX052 from 10 February to 11 March 2026 Havana 21:05 local time - Madrid 13:35 (+1) local time.
We apologise for any inconvenience this situation, which is beyond Air Europa's control, may cause you.
Additionally, for passengers with flights until 15 March, whose reservations were issued up to and including 9 February, we offer the following alternatives so that you can readjust your travel plans, if you wish:

New border control system in the EU from 12 October 2025 – Entry/Exit System (EES)

A new European border control system will soon be operational: the Entry/Exit System (EES).
This system is intended for citizens of countries outside the European Union who are travelling to the Schengen area for short stays.
Its implementation will be gradual and will begin on 12 October 2025 at the various points of entry.
With the entry into force of the EES, biometric controls and digital registration will be introduced, so it is recommended that you allow a little extra time at border crossings, especially during the first few months of implementation.
