NH is a valid partner in the modalities of obtaining and redeeming SUMA Miles.

Earning SUMA Miles:

Air Europa SUMA members can earn and redeem Miles at the over 300 hotels participating in the Programme.

  • Air Europa SUMA customers must confirm their identity when they check into the hotel and state the Air Europa SUMA programme as a destination for earning the Miles.
  • Miles are earned per night of stay at the Official and Corporate Rate (group rates, tour operation, crews, promotional fees, and reservations from online travel agencies are excluded).
  • Miles are only awarded to Air Europa SUMA customers, as reservation holders, according to the hotel records.
  • Claims for unregistered Miles will be handled exclusively through the NH Customer Service Centre. Air Europa SUMA customers have six months to regularize their account.

Customers can book by calling 913 984 437 Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm (Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
