Air Europa Suma is a loyalty programme that offers many benefits. You earn Miles for flying with us from the moment your journey begins. Miles that you can use to fly again with Air Europa or any SkyTeam Alliance airline. We also work with a wide range of partners where you can also redeem your Miles for various products and services.

By joining the SkyTeam Alliance, you will also earn Miles for flights taken with our partner airlines. But that's not all. You can also earn Miles with the numerous partners that make up our programme for hotel stays, car rentals, Air Europa Suma Visa card purchases, insurance, and much more.

There are no class, airfare, or date restrictions for Air Europa flights redeemed with your Miles. If a seat is available, use your Miles to reserve it.
It's that easy!
Do all the Miles earned count towards accessing the higher tiers of the Air Europa Suma Programme (Silver, Gold or Platinum)?
The Tier Miles that have been earned by flying with Air Europa or with any of the SkyTeam Alliance airlines count (not including airport taxes).
If I do not reach the Silver, Gold, or Platinum Card tier within the 12 consecutive month period, do I keep the Miles or the number of flights necessary to be able to opt for a higher Air Europa Suma tier again in the next 12-month period?
No. The accounting of Miles or the number of flights accounted for to access a higher tier is done taking into account the Miles movements made in your Air Europa Suma account in the last 12 months. From the moment there is a movement in your account, the calculation period is updated for another 12 months.
If I exceed the Miles or flights necessary to access a tier, do I keep this excess of Miles or flights for the calculation of the following 12 months?
By virtue of accessing a higher tier, you do not lose the Miles or flights used for the calculation. The Miles only stop counting towards the tier change calculation when, after a period of 12 consecutive months, no movement has occurred in your Air Europa Suma account.
The counting of Miles to move up a tier is dynamic and is carried out every time new Miles are credited to your Air Europa Suma account. At the same time, the calculation period for the review of access to a higher tier is updated for 12 more months.
