Passengers with flights from Havana (Cuba)

Due to a fuel shortage at José Martí International Airport (HAV), we would like to inform you that, although our schedule remains unchanged, flight UX 052 from Havana (HAV) to Madrid (MAD) will be subject to some adjustments and will require a technical stop for refuelling in Punta Cana (PUJ) up to and including 15 July.
We apologise for any inconvenience this situation, which is beyond Air Europa’s control, may cause you and thank you for your understanding.

Please be advised that, due to the situation in Israel, the following flights have been cancelled:
- UX1301 Madrid – Tel Aviv: up to and including 28 June 2026.
- UX1302 Tel Aviv – Madrid: up to and including 28 June 2026.

Flights to and from Israel (TLV) from June 29, 2026

We would like to inform you that, from 29 June 2026, we will resume our flight operations to and from Israel:
- UX1301 Madrid (MAD) – Tel Aviv (TLV)
- UX1302 Tel Aviv (TLV) – Madrid (MAD)

New border control system in the EU from 12 October 2025 – Entry/Exit System (EES)

On 12 October 2025, a new European border control system came into operation: the Entry/Exit System (EES).
This system is intended for citizens of countries outside the European Union who are travelling to the Schengen area for short stays.
It is being implemented gradually at the various points of entry.
With the entry into force of the EES, biometric checks and digital registration are being introduced, so it is recommended that you allow a little extra time at border crossings.

We inform you that, due to the earthquakes in Venezuela, we are offering flexible change conditions for passengers on flights to and from Caracas (CCS), with tickets issued up to 25 June 2026, on the following dates*:
- UX071 Madrid (MAD) - Caracas (CCS) from 29 June to 15 July 2026, inclusive.
- UX072 Caracas (CCS) - Madrid (MAD) from 29 June to 15 July 2026, inclusive.
