How do I earn Miles?
Suma Miles are earned for every euro spent on Air Europa flights. The number of Miles you can earn also varies depending on the class in which you travel.
You also earn Suma Miles for flights taken with other airlines belonging to the SkyTeam Alliance. The number of Miles earned depends on the distance between the origin and destination and the ticket booking class.
We also have multiple partners through which you can earn Suma Miles. Hotels, car rentals, fuel, Air Europa Suma Visa card purchase, and a wide range of products and services to help you accumulate Suma Miles quickly.
Earning Suma Miles is very simple; you just have to register your Air Europa Suma Card number when you book or check in for your flights.
You earn them on flights operated by Air Europa or by any of the SkyTeam alliance airlines and other airline partners that may join the Air Europa Suma Programme. You can also earn Miles by using the products or services offered by our partners.
Miles cannot be exchanged for money. You earn Miles for every Euro paid for your ticket.
On other flights operated by SkyTeam alliance airlines, you earn Miles based on the distance and fare class of the ticket. More information here.
No. Each Air Europa Suma passenger earns the Miles for their flight, regardless of who paid for the ticket. In the event that one of the passengers is not an Air Europa Suma customer, no Air Europa Suma customer travelling with them will be able to claim the Miles for their account.
The Miles are credited within 48 hours of the flight being completed. After this period, you can check them in your Air Europa Suma account.
In the case of other SkyTeam Alliance airlines, it may take up to 72 hours for the Miles to be credited to your account after the flight has been completed, depending on the collaborating company's procedure.
If you have not yet flown, you can provide your Air Europa Suma Card number during the check-in process on our website or APP, or at the time of check-in at the airport. You can also contact us by phone on 911 360 200.
If you have already flown, you can request them through our website in the Uncredited Miles Request section. You can request the Miles whether it is for an Air Europa flight or for any of the SkyTeam alliance airlines or other airline partners. It is also possible to make the request by calling 911 360 200.
You have a period of 6 months after having flown to request uncredited Miles. However, the moment you register for the Air Europa Suma Programme, you can also claim Miles for those flights taken in the three months prior to your registration.
It is very important that you do not forget to enter your Air Europa Suma Card number. So when you register, enter all your details so that every time you make a booking with us, it will be automatically filled in with all the details you have provided.
Yes. You must claim them directly from the partner, who will request the necessary documentation from you to be able to credit the Miles. If the request is successful, the partner will inform us, and the Air Europa Suma team will credit the Miles to your Air Europa Suma account.
No. Miles can only be credited to the Air Europa Suma Card of the customer who flies.
Only when you have paid for the flight using a combined method, combining Miles and money, will you receive the corresponding Miles for the part that you have paid for with money. If you have paid for the flight entirely with Miles, in that case you will not receive Suma Miles and the flight will not count towards Tier review.
Yes. In this case, the customer or individual flying gets the Suma Miles and the company continues to get the same services from Air Europa with the corporate program.
