When you register for Air Europa Suma, we recommend that you enter all of your details. This way, every time you make a booking with us, all of the information you have provided will be automatically filled in. This will save you time during the purchase process and you'll never forget to enter your Air Europa Suma Card number.
From the age of 2, with no age limit. However, in the case of nonemancipated minors, the parents or legal guardians of the minor must fill out a registration application on their behalf and their account will always be linked to a legal guardian's account. The guardian will be responsible for managing the minor's account.
The Air Europa Suma Programme has two Card formats: Virtual and Physical.
The virtual Card will be available in the Air Europa APP from the moment you register for the Air Europa Suma Programme.
To access the APP as an Air Europa Suma customer, you must use the same username and password that gives you access to the Air Europa Suma area.
For greater convenience, add your virtual Air Europa Suma Card to the Wallet application (Wallet is owned by Apple Inc.©) on your iOS smartphone or with compatible PKPASS applications for Android.
If you are a Suma Platinum or Suma Gold Customer and you prefer to have your Air Europa Suma Card in physical format, you must request it through www.aireuropa.com with your username and by accessing “My Account” – “My Card” – “Physical Card Request” or by calling us on 911 360 200.
You can also print it from the “Air Europa Suma Card Printing” section through www.aireuropa.com with your username and by accessing “My Account” – “My Card”.
Whether in virtual or physical format, the advantages and benefits of the Air Europa Suma Programme are the same. Therefore, there is no difference in the use you make of one Card or the other. If you wish, you can combine both, as you see fit.
The only distinction that can be considered is the way to obtain the Air Europa Suma Card, depending on the format you choose. To have your Air Europa Suma Card in virtual format, you just have to access the Air Europa APP on your smartphone and download it. To access the APP as an Air Europa Suma customer, you must use the same username and password that gives you access to the Air Europa Suma area of the Air Europa website.
On the other hand, to get your Card in physical format, you can print it from the Air Europa Suma Card Printing section. To access it, you must do so by logging in from your Air Europa Suma account.
If you are a Suma Platinum or Suma Gold Customer, you can request it through the Physical Card Request section, within the Air Europa Suma area of the Air Europa website or by calling us on 911 360 200.
The moment you register for the Air Europa Suma Programme, you will be assigned an Air Europa Suma customer number, which will allow you to start earning and redeeming your Miles.
You will automatically have a virtual Card that you can download in the Air Europa APP. You do not need to have the physical Card to benefit from the advantages of the Air Europa Suma Programme. But if you are a Suma Gold or Platinum member and you want one, you can request it from our website or by calling 911 360 200.
We will send it to you, approximately, within a maximum period of 15 days in Spanish territory and an additional week for shipments outside of Spain.
You can only have one Air Europa Suma customer Card. Miles are accumulated in a single personal Air Europa Suma account, which is that of the flying passenger, regardless of the reason for the trip, the service used, or who pays for the flight.
You must contact us by phone on 911 360 200 to request the re-issuance and sending of your new Air Europa Suma Card in physical format.
Remember that you can also download it in virtual format on your smartphone through the Air Europa APP.
We will send you the physical Card at no cost, as long as more than 60 days have passed since your last Card request. Otherwise, if the request is made within a period of less than 60 days, it will not be processed and you must submit the request again once the indicated period has passed. This 60-day period does not apply when it is a request for a physical Card because you have accessed a new tier.
Suma Miles: These are the ones earned from buying flights operated by Air Europa or by any of the companies that are part of the SkyTeam alliance or other airline partners that may join. Suma Miles are also those that can be earned by purchasing products or services from our partners.
All the Suma Miles credited to your account can be used for air tickets or for other products and services of the Air Europa Suma Programme.
Tier Miles: These are the ones that allow you to move up to a higher Card tier to reach the Silver, Gold, or Platinum categories. They are accumulated over a period of 12 consecutive months. If during this time you exceed the number of Miles necessary to be promoted to an Air Europa Suma category and have taken 4 flights with Air Europa, you will automatically become part of the new tier.
This category of Miles is only earned with the purchase of flights operated by Air Europa or by any of the SkyTeam Alliance companies. Tier Miles cannot be earned on airlines that are not members of the SkyTeam alliance or on non-airline Partners.
