Terms and conditions:

  • To earn Miles, only rates that are eligible for earning points in the MeliáRewards programme apply.
  • The loyalty cardholder must be the person staying at the establishment. However, the invoice may be issued to another person or entity.
  • If two or more loyalty cardholders share the same room, only one will receive the corresponding bonus Miles.
  • The Bonus Miles will appear in the member's account within 2 months.
  • You cannot earn Miles or points with multiple loyalty programs for the same stay.
  • Miles cannot be earned for stays in the hotels listed here
  • The number of MeliáRewards points for transfer must be a multiple of 3.
  • The welcome points earned for joining the MeliáRewards program cannot be transferred or converted to SUMA Miles.
  • Once points have been transferred or converted to Miles, under no circumstances can they be transferred back to a MeliáRewards account as points.
  • Cardholders can claim their Miles up to 6 months after their stay.
