Yes, if your booking includes several flight segments and you want to bid, you can do so on each of the eligible flights you are interested in.

To do this, your email address must be correctly indicated in the booking; or, you can also make a bid via the website where you will need to enter your credit card details (only the amount of the bid will be charged if your bid is successful): https://www.aireuropa.com/es/es/aea/aexperience/servicios.html The bid affects all passengers included in the booking and all passengers on the booking must be checked in on the flight at the time of accepting the bid.

You can modify or cancel your bid at any time provided that it has not been accepted by Air Europa.

• A delayed flight (connecting tickets) causes the customer to miss the connection and Air Europa is unable to re-accommodate customers with an upgraded reservation in seats with the same characteristics on the connecting flight.
• Air Europa is unable to accommodate the customer in the seats corresponding to the winning bid due to operational or safety reasons that result in the seats being unavailable.
• In the event that, for any reason, there is an aircraft change resulting in the flight being operated by an aircraft with seats having different characteristics from those of the accepted offers.

These terms and conditions constitute the only comprehensive agreement between you and Air Europa and supersede any previous agreements relating to the service to make an offer for the upgrade to Business or Premium Economy or for the XL seat and/or for Next Seat, hereinafter referred to as the AIR EUROPA UPGRADE program.
Air Europa reserves the right to modify and change these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. However, no cancellation, modification or change will affect offers that have already been accepted.
By using the Air Europa Upgrade Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Definitions
Air Europa Upgrade Program: service that allows the customer the possibility of placing an Offer, through a bid, for the upgrade to Business or Premium or for an XL seat or for the blocking of adjacent seat/s (Next Seat).
Air Europa: Air Europa Líneas Aéreas, S.A.U.
Customer: anyone who has purchased a ticket to travel with Air Europa.
Eligible Customer: person who has been invited or who has the option to bid for the Business or Premium Upgrade or for an XL seat or for the blocking of adjacent seat/s (Next Seat).
Invitation: Invitation sent by Air Europa to an eligible customer to make an Offer.
Offer (bid): amount of money that an eligible passenger has offered for Business or Premium or XL seat Upgrade and/or Next Seat of all customers included in their original booking to travel in Business or Premium Economy and/or in XL seat. It means that the bid affects all passengers included in the original booking.
Original booking: purchased ticket reservation that includes the flight segments booked to be made by the customer who has received an invitation to bid for the Upgrade to Business or Premium or for XL seats and/or for Next Seat.

3. Invitations to bid for the Upgrade to Business or Premium or for XL seat and/or Next Seat
Not all bookings are eligible to bid for an Upgrade to Business or Premium and/or for XL seat. Air Europa has the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
The bid for the Upgrade to Business or Premium or for XL seat and/or for Next Seat is per flight segment and it does not apply to connecting flights. Separate bids must be placed for each eligible flight segment.
The bid for an Upgrade to Business or Premium or for XL seat and/or for Next Seat is subject to availability, and not all the seats on a flight may be available for Upgrade to Business or Premium or for XL seat and/or for Next Seat. Due to operational or other reasons or needs, seats may be left free in the cabin.
You must review your eligibility through Air Europa website.
Alternatively, we can send you an invitation to make an offer for the Upgrade to Business or Premium or for XL seats and/or for Next Seat.
To receive an invitation, the eligible passenger must ensure that their email address is correctly included in their booking.
For safety reasons, certain passengers will not be able to access an XL seat when these seats are in an emergency exit. Passengers who, among other safety reasons, have any of the following circumstances will not be able to access these seats: being under 15 years of age; not being able to understand Spanish or English, having reduced mobility, travelling with a pet in the cabin or being unable to reach or operate the emergency exit door.
4. How to make an Offer for the Upgrade to Business or Premium or for XL seat and/or for Next Seat
The offer affects all the customers shown on the original booking. When making a Bid, you are confirming that you have permission to undertake this process for all the customers in the original booking.
You can make, modify, or cancel an unconfirmed Bid from the time you are selected as eligible until 6 hours before the scheduled departure time, or until Air Europa confirms and accepts the Bid.
5. Accepting an Offer for the Upgrade to Business or Premium or for XL seat and/or for Next Seat
Air Europa is not required to accept any Bids. The acceptance of a Bid is at the airline's discretion.
The payment for the Upgrade to Business or Premium or for XL seat and/or for Next Seat will be processed when the Bid is accepted by Air Europa. If the payment cannot be made, the Upgrade to Business or Premium or for the XL seat or for Next Seat will not be managed.
Air Europa will endeavour to offer some of the benefits associated to Business or Premium Economy, as applicable, but will not guarantee that “the upgraded to Business cabin or Premium” customer will receive all the benefits in full. Terms and conditions will be governed separately from the benefits and inclusions of the Business or Premium fares.
Customers upgraded to Business or Premium will not be entitled to additional baggage allowance. The baggage allowance of the original booking will apply.
Any special requests of the Upgraded reservation, including meal and seat requests, inserted in the original booking are not guaranteed in the Upgraded booking and are not refundable.
Once the Offer has been accepted, any seat selection purchased in advance will be void. It will not be refunded.
Air Europa cannot guarantee any seat preference (window or aisle) will be maintained even if the customer had it in the original booking. In this case, it will depend on the availability that exists at the time of check-in in Business or Premium or in XL seat or for Next Seat.
Upgraded to Business or Premium or XL bookings will not have seats like those in the original booking.
Seat selection is only available at check-in, and Air Europa does not guarantee the customer's seat preference, and customers on the same booking may not sit together as it will depend on availability.
It is imperative that the customer has checked in for their original booking in advance and then, when their bid has been accepted and confirmed by Air Europa, they check in again to obtain the boarding pass with their new seat.
6. Cancellations and refunds
The customer may cancel the offer of an unconfirmed upgrade to Business or Premium or for an XL seat or for Next Seat at any time before Air Europa accepts the Upgrade bid offer of the original booking.
Once the offer is accepted, the bid for the upgrade to Business or Premium or for an XL seat or for Next Seat cannot be refunded, transferred, or modified (e.g., date, flight, or destination changes).
The bid for the upgrade to Business or Premium or for an XL seat or Next Seat will only be refundable if:
• The flight segment is cancelled by Air Europa and Air Europa cannot rebook its customers with Upgraded bookings on an alternate Air Europa flight in Business or Premium or XL seat and/or Next Seat, as applicable.
• A delayed flight (connecting tickets) causes the customer to miss the connection and Air Europa cannot rebook customers with an Upgraded reservation on an alternative Air Europa flight in Business or Premium or XL seat or Next Seat, as applicable.
• Air Europa is unable to accommodate customers upgraded to Business or Premium or XL seat or Next Seat due to operational or security reasons that cause the seats to be unavailable.
• If, for any reason, there is a change of equipment that results the flight being operated by a business class aircraft (in the event of bids for the upgrade to Premium) or by a Premium aircraft (in the event of bids for the upgrade to Business), the offers accepted by the airline to travel in Premium (first case) or in Business (second case) will be refunded and passengers will travel in accordance with their original booking.
In these cases, the customer will only be entitled to a refund of the Upgrade bid under the framework of the Consumer Law of the Government of Spain.
The customer must keep all relevant documentation (including boarding cards, tickets) to request a refund.
The request for a refund of an accepted bid will be made through Air Europa Call Center via email: plusgrade@aireuropa.com. All requests must be submitted no later than 12 months after the departure of the Upgraded flight.
7. Applicable laws
These terms and conditions are governed and written in accordance with Spanish law, including Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November 2007
