Tips for Long Flights

Practical tips to travel comfortably and stress-free on long journeys:

Wear comfortable clothing: Use light, layered clothing to adapt to temperature changes on the plane.

Choose your seat wisely: Check in online and select an aisle or exit row for more space and mobility.

Stay hydrated: Drink water frequently and avoid alcohol or highly caffeinated drinks to reduce fatigue.

Move and stretch your legs: Walk the aisle every few hours or do ankle exercises to improve circulation.

Rest better: Bring a travel pillow, eye mask, earplugs, or noise-cancelling headphones.
